I would definitely stay again!
Pros:

The area was very clean and quiet. The food next door was a plus!

Cons:

It was a bit far from Madrid center. However, to uber isn’t bad for one or two trips.

A great accomodation where I would stay again and again

Everything! appartemen very clean, with everything you need inside the room, they cleaned the room if asked, excellent location, safe neighbour.

Excelentes condições para quem localização não é o principal.
Pros:

Simpatia dos funcionários, com facilidade para extender a estadia em mais um dia. Limpeza e espaço do estúdio, com todas as condições para uma estadia curta.

Cons:

Localização longe do centro da cidade. Mínimo de 15 minutos + 15-20€ para deslocar para o centro da cidade. Pouca proximidade para necessidades básicas tal como supermercados ou cafetarias / padarias para pequeno almoço.

We would recommend to stay if you have a car and require parking. We would stay again!
Pros:

We could park our car out front for free which was a bonus. Easy to catch train into central Madrid and supermarket close by. Rooms big enough with washing machine to catch up on washing and adequate kitchen. Host very good and accommodating. We would highly recommend staying if visiting Madrid. We had everything we needed for 3 night stay!! We would stay again.

Cons:

The bed mattress was too soft!

Very clean and comfortable for a couple of days. Todas las personas súper atentas!
Pros:

Even though it’s small studio, it’s very confortable and has everything you need! They cleaned the room and changed the towels a day after we arrived 👏🏻👍🏻
