El personal increíble, atentos. Amables, sonrientes siempre!! El buffet LO MEJOR DE MALDIVAS!!!! Desayunos variados, cenas super variadas y buenísimas, 100% recomendadisimo
El hotel es nuevo, todos muy serviciales y simpáticos
Hacen excursiones, nosotros fuimos con Kinan y otra chica que fueron TOP!! Nos hicieron las mejores fotos y vídeos de todo el viaje!

Make sure you book room with a view as otherwise you will get window to inside stairways which is absolutely awful. Also we stay there for 3 nights and I tried two days in a row book any trips , they told me ok we will sent you time for trips at 9:00 pm and then they just send me a message that there is no more boats available for me so they cancel both trips And the rest company which provide trips are closed long time ago already so as you can imagine, I was extremely frustrating because the reason why I came to this island is just to have a trips to see sharks and other creatures. They didn’t even apologise. They need to learn how to collaborate with other hotels and provide the best service without cancelling.!
Oh yeah, nearly forgot breakfast are absolutely disgusting. The pancakes covered the flies.

Location is excellent close to the shore, in a peaceful, less-trafficker part of the island. Cleanliness is incredible, the staff is literally cleaning the hotel floor continuously, everything feels super clean, they change room towels everyday, clean the rooms everyday, clean new beach towels everyday, make the beds - I really felt incredible. Views from the rooms facing the sea are super nice. The beds are huge - can fit a couple and 2 kids I believe 😌 I also liked the excursion staff - I made 3 excursions with them to snorkel with the sharks, dolphins, turtles, visit the sand bank and the coral garden - all 3 incredible - the guys are really nice, protective and they will also film you underwater.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved to include more healthy options - some plain boiled eggs, and more vegetables, greek yogurt.

Buenas vistas, pero desayuno mejorable.

Las vistas son buenas, y el personal de la recepción es muy agradadable.

Cons:

El desayuno es poco variado y muy básico. No tapan la fruta y está llena de moscas por lo que no apetece nada tomarla, La comida en general es básica.

Staff are perfect - location is really good . It is the place which I will always stay at when I visit

My room didn't have a view so always stay at tge sea view room- my window was actually facing the staircase so not recommended.
Also there was a bad smell in the bathroom most of the time

Perfect stay in Kinan Boutique
Pros:

Our stay in Kinan Boutique has been exceptional. Room was clean, bed super confortable and great bathroom. Hotel staff was very nice and helped us arranging all excursions. Ubication of the hotel is amazing, just in front of the sea. Bikini beach at 1 min walking. Breakfast is served in front of the sea, good quality. Thanks to Faisal and all his team for your work! Highly recommended.

Pros:

Todo. Toda la estancia nos ha parecido increíble. Nos alojamos en dos habitaciones distintas porque decidimos alargar una noche más, y estuvimos dos noches en una las habitaciones de la planta baja con acceso directo a la playa y la ultima noche en una de las habitaciones de arriba con jacuzzi. Sin duda ambas maravillosas, con baños super amplios, al igual que la habitación. El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

No heater inside the room and we had to go downstairs to make drinks and the pantry was not well prepared. Additionally, the wi-fi connection also was very poor as we stay at L4. We were dissatisfied with the activities package offers and cancelled our trip last minute and said it was fully booked, however the staff are friendly and helpful 😃.

Pros:

Great location, very close to a nice public beach. Very friendly staff. The island is small, so everything is easily reachable.
This hotel doesn’t serve meals—you have to walk a few minutes to their Kinan Retreat hotel for food. Beds are very comfortable, not too soft. Air conditioning works perfectly. Wi-Fi is poor in the rooms. Only two coffee capsules were provided for a 4-day stay, and there was no kettle in the room. Cleaning and fresh towels were provided every day. No lift to higher floors.
Even though a few things weren’t perfect, I still highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Location is very good while for breakfast we have to take a 3/4 min walk. Breakfast item was ok not to be very satisfied.

Cons:

Staff attention needs to be increased particularly as this is a new set up of Kinan but operated from the old setup from a different location.
