The place was too messy for my liking. The host had not readied the room when I arrived and the bed lined had to be changed upon my arrival. The living room was also untidy.

Gazda foarte amabila, plăcută la conversație, îți oferea sfaturi pentru restaurante etc, super tipul!
Foarte bine poziționată locatia, aproape de metrou si alte mijloace de transport in comun spre centru. Foarte aproape de Tesco Express, zona am adorat-o!
Zona liniștită, frumoasă!
Curățenia a lăsat de dorit, era multa igrasie si mucegai atat in baie cat si in dormitor....si un miros greu de suportat, din păcate.

Limpieza muy deficiente tanto en la habitación que tenía polvo y olor desagradable, como en el baño que tenía humedades. No estoy seguro que las sábanas se hubieran cambiado antes de nuestra llegada pero fue realmente desagradable por la falta de higiene del lugar

Unwashed linen with stains of blood and urine. Broken and dirty bin in the room. Sink full of dirty dishes, dirty pots and pans with mould. Bin full of rubbish in the kitchen. Broken mirror in the room. Dirty and stained mattress and mattress protector stained with blood, etc. No central heating in the room. Dirty floors in room, toilet and bathroom, and kitchen. Very dark towels with no fabric softener used and dirty bedding. Boiler room to put our bags. Cannot lock the room for privacy.
We really enjoyed our stay here, Bobby is a very nice person who is happy to help with anything and his cat is just adorable. We don't understand why some people complain in here, the price is great and the room looks literally the same that at the pictures, it's also clean, public transport is right across the corner. I saw some comments about bathroom, that you have to walk thru Bobby's living room which is not true because the bathroom doors and bedroom doors are on the same wall, next to each other. We would definitely recommend this place, I hope i'll have an opportunity to come back again :)
Great value for money.
The accommodation was in the area we needed as we were visiting and working close by.
The room is in a home shared with the owner, Bobby who was friendly and helpful. He keeps himself in his own private area upstairs. The guest's double room is on the ground floor close to the front door and has its own private bathroom. The bathroom is not en-suite but right next door to the bedroom. The shower is good with plenty of hot water and towels are provided. The room has a big screen TV and soft mattress. There's private parking (ask for the parking space when booking) and it's a quiet area. I was able to use Bobby's kitchenette to boil a kettle and use his mugs. I took my own tea etc.
This accommodation is like staying at a friends house. Don't expect any luxuries. It's clean in your private area but not spotless. I would stay here again.
The only thing is stepping out of the bedroom in to the bathroom via the open plan sitting room/kitchenette. A dressing gown would have helped.
Het is een vriendelijke bewoner, in een prettige buurt en de kamer en het bed zijn gewoon oké. Ik had niet nagedacht over andere stopcontacten, maar hij gelukkig wel!
Het is er gehorig, de ingang van de slaapkamer en die van de badkamer zitten aan de woonkamer direct, waardoor je via de woonkamer naar de badkamer moet.
De badkamer en slaapkamer zijn flink verouderd, maar wel knus.

The location is very good! A lot of great cafes and restaurants, 5 min walk from overground and 15 min from underground. Nice host.
The room and bathroom were overall a bit untidy. The bedframe is broken so you can’t really sit on the edge, no storage space, very stiff pillows.
The room is located inside the living space of the owner, and he has a cat, so you can smell it when you enter the property. In the evenings he smokes, so the living room smells like “grass”.
Bathroom was nice and clean. Bedroom was clean. Very close to wembley stadium.
Flat itself was abit dirty, mould on the walls, dirty washing in the sink, bad smell in fridge. Room was very hot and one of the patio doors didn't lock which feels abit unsecure. Bad electrics, corner of the bed was broken.
The bed was very comfi , off street parking a bonus for us
