Her amazing hospitality feeling safe and welcome
We wish we booked longer
Nothing. I arrived on the doorstep to learn that my booking had been cancelled

The place was a total s*#t hole filth everywhere. Our room was advertised as a double with a sofa bed, there was no sofa bed it was a fold out camp bed with the thinest mattress. When I told the lady about it she said to put more duvets on from the wardrobe which I may add were not clean neither was any of the other bedding. The whole place needs a coat of paint every corner has cobwebs with dust on them every surface was unclean the toilet hat not been wiped for a while. The supposed toiletries were watered down as well as the washing up liquid. And the host is either crazy and or very rude she just talks over you all the time.

Room listed air conditioning but did not have it.
Shared bathroom with poor ventilation.
Other guest put chain accross door and was luckily in and awake when I came back or I would have been locked out, parking was confusing

- Host was belittling and made me feel uncomfortable, was telling me how to turn a light on and off, speaking to me like I was 12

Cancelled at the last minute when I called the landlord in front of the property. I was forced to return to Brighton a come back the following morning. Avoid at all costs

Bed awful and dirty place
The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was great value and very homely. The location was ideal to for my purpose in London.
It wasn't a private bathroom as advertised, which was a shame, but that didn't affect my stay.
It was featured as a private bathroom. Not the case a shared bathroom with 6 units.

The host was really lovely and welcoming, she made sure we were completely comfortable and had access to everything we needed.
It definitely felt like staying in someone's house which was nice because it felt more welcoming, but we still had the privacy and catering you'd expect from a bnb.
the bed was a little uncomfortable but it was certainly far from the worst i've slept on.
