Pros:

The caretaker was very considerate and lovely man.

Cons:

Owner didn't respond to our call when we landed. We took a risk and reached there. Fortunately the caretaker was available. There is no ola, uber or rabido. This place is not near main road, so transport is an issue.

I enjoyed my stay at BeuN Residency. Place is clean.
Owner is super helpful. My motorcycles clutch cable broke and it wasn't available in nearby service centre as well, so Joshua (owner) arranges a mechanic who finally repair my motorcycle.
