Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal ! L’hôtel se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la tour de Galata, et le pont des Pêcheurs est accessible en 10 à 15 minutes de marche. Le Grand Bazar et bien d’autres sites emblématiques sont également proches. C’est un excellent point de départ pour découvrir Istanbul !

On peut facilement se promener depuis l’hôtel et profiter d’une belle balade à travers les différents quartiers de la ville. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients : si vous le souhaitez, ils peuvent vous réserver une navette privée pour venir vous chercher à l’aéroport et vous y raccompagner à la fin de votre séjour, pour un prix très correct compte tenu de la distance. Cela évite toute mauvaise surprise avec les tarifs des taxis pour touristes.

Notre chambre était jolie, propre et bien équipée.
Un sans-faute ! Allez-y sans hésiter, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent

It was a good price hotel, but I expected more comfortable and clean room.
Pros:

The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The furniture and the interior design was too old. It could have been more clean as well. The overal location was good and central, but the building itself was in a narrow old street and our room window was facing towards the wall of another building.

Pros:

Room was good but it was on a third floor with extremely congested stairs and bringing luggage all the way up to the room was physically exhausting and tiring. There is no lift available.

Do not recommend it!!
Pros:

Good location. Very close to the metro station and to galata tower.

Cons:

- NO elevator
- the pipes smell so bad
- we've been told we have daily cleaning services. Well, for 2 consecutive days, no one came to our room to neither clean it, nor change the towels and empty the trash. After claiming that, the job was done on day 3.
- also on day 2, we came back to the hotel to find the fridge in the middle of our room, unplugged, and with water all around it on the floor. We also had yogurt for our baby in the fridge, that we had to throw away.
- the walls are super thin, you can hear every single sound that happens on the same floor. On our first night, we had people checking in next door at 3h50 AM, we woke up hearing them opening and closing the door in a very brutal way and they kept on talking super loud in their room for an hour and a half. It was like hearing them talking in our room.
- the hotel is renovating some of the rooms, and the manager decided to check on the work progress after midnight, so we also woke up because of the doors and outside conversation! Maybe they have to consider renovating the walls as well.
