The overall reaction to the stay is mixed but leaning positive on the room itself, with frustration over the hidden cost
Pros:

The place itself is very nice, cozy, and comfortable. We enjoyed the good Wi-Fi, Netflix, and the complete utensils provided.

Cons:

However, we were disappointed by the hidden charge for the pool, which costs ₱100 per person. We are only 2 pax, and based on our previous bookings with different hosts in the same area, pool access for 2 pax was always free (only excess guests had to pay).

This policy wasn’t indicated anywhere on the listing. Since we were already there, we had no choice but to pay. I hope the host updates their posting to include this info to avoid setting the wrong expectations for future guests

Pros:

I love the ambiance and the comfort the place brought to me and my friends. The place felt very cozy and it was very clean. There were bidets, kitchen, ref, aircon, balcony, and a very comfortable bed. The hosts also catered our requests. Very recommended to others!

Cons:

I hope the place could have a heater in the shower and maybe more thick blankets because the blankets were thin. Nevertheless, the rest were great already.

Overall, it was still a nice experience for our family.
Pros:

The property was situated near the centre. It was very accessible. There were towels, bedsheets, blankets, pool pass, dishwashing liquid. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. There was wifi. There was netflix in one room.

Cons:

There was no netflix on the other room as we booked 2 rooms. There was no soap, shampoo, conditioner provided. There were not enough blankets for us even though they knew we were family of 8. We even paid extra for the extra people. The staff forgot to pay the pool access fee prior to us swimming.

The toilet had no handle, we booked two sea side rooms and and the host was trying to offer me the basic rooms we were only able to get one sea side room the host was rude and act like it was are fought, the rooms were infected with roaches, the host had a lock on the washer machine, the host only left a small roll of tissue maybe for one or two poops this was a horrible experience and I WILL not Lie about this
