Very cheap, and its OK
Pros:

It was very cheap, and to be fair, once we'd killed a few cockroaches, it was actually ideal for a quick sleep after a late flight

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Very good communication with a host. I was accomodated 1 hour before check-in time. Reasonably clean apartment. Good location. Swimming pool. Place has cooker, big fridge and washing machine. Quiet environment. A lot of security guards in the complex.

Cons:

Water temperature in shower facility could be bit higher. Pots have damaged teflon. If I was the owner, I would replace them with stainless steel pots

Brudno, brak papieru toaletowego, pościel z włosami poprzednich lokatorów, nad toaletą zużyta podpaska, karaluchy i mrówki. Po zabiciu 5 karalucha nad łóżkiem zdecydowaliśmy się wrócić spać na lotnisko.

Not good as advertised!
Pros:

Staffs are friendly and approachable.

Cons:

Accommodation paid was for 4 guests. Linens available is for 2 only. No toiletries provided. Not clean pull-out bed no linen and there’s small cockroaches provided.

Pros:

The easy way to access the appartemnt.
Air condition is ok. The bed is also ok.
I didn't use it but there are kitchen tool if need to cook.

Cons:

No toilet paper!
I couldn't believe this! I had to go out and by it.
There is only room temperature water I'm the toilet.
In general the toilet is really bad!
This is the main point that I didn't like about this.
Also the towel provided, not very clean and in bad condition.
It is a pity, because with a bit more effort it can easily be improved.
Also, no sign of the owner. O try to call him, and the number was off line.

I personally wouldn't choose it again!
