Calm and quite place. Clean and well equipped

We booked a room and got a fully equipped and modern apartment! We had a really pleasant stay in this residential area very close to the tourist attractions and just one km from the international airport. Plus, in 20min of taxi it’s possible to reach Kovalam beach for a day of relax. The hosts were super kind and discreet and they accommodated all our small requests. I would definitely recommend it.

An apartment, not a room. Quiet, comfortable, and affordable. Is a bit of a walk for some to the tourist destinations,
but tuktuks are easy to flag down. Complete cooking facilities if you want them, plus a washing machine. Owners
are very helpful and responsive.

We had a wonderful welcome by the hosts. Our stay at the accomodation  was comfortable and memorable. We could walk to Sri Padmanabha Swamy temple manage early morning (3.30 AM to 4.45 AM) darshan as it is in the close proximity.  Centrally located and close to most of the landmarks of Trivandrum and we could commute without hassels.  Highly appreciate the host for the services provided and making us feel at home. Highly recommend stay for familes at Trivandrum.

Hosts are really kind and welcoming! On the day of my check out I stayed longer because my flight was at midnight and they were super helpful and understanding!

I had a lovely welcome when I arrived. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean and the wifi was great. The kitchen, living and dining room were shared with just one other room so it felt more like having a private apartment than staying in someones home.

I had a fantastic stay at this property. The cleanliness was impeccable, the tasteful decoration created a welcoming ambiance, and the host’s cooperation made my experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Excellent facilities provided by the management !! We were really very happy to stay there for 1 day . Room is clean , zero complaints on washroom . Highly recommended for families to have a peaceful stay at Trivendrum !! Owner is friendly in nature and able to provide the all the Guidance whatever you need in Trivendrum and it is very close to temple as well (900 meter) . Hopefully will visit again .

There are places we want to visit and therefore we stay at places. Every time we remember our memory to places we visit and rarely remember the place of stay. But this one was sure to remember for all the great reasons. Where would I start, first up great hosts. Once you check in they welcome you warmly and they respond to all local questions you have. Even the slightest ones we were free to ask them. Then the home. Think they redefine how should a Homestay be and makes me beg to other homeowners to take notes. We had a full functioning RO unit washing machines, neat beds, and I could go on. To give an example the beds were not a name sake bed. It was a well selected bed that was very comfortable. Think the owners used the accessories that they would use and feel comfortable. It’s so rare to find a place like this with the cost given to us during the December vacation times. Everyone who’s is looking to visit or book this place make sure you do atleast 3 nights. We regretted it as it would make sure you visit all attractions nearby

One of the best ever staycation experiences of my life. As someone with OCD, I am a tough guest to satisfy when it comes to hygiene. However, never had to worry about it during the one-week stay at the place. We were regularly checked in on cleaning and assured that everything was in order. The host, Pavithra, was available for any inquiries and assistance from the start, and the warm welcome we received from her family was incredibly special (a special shoutout to her father, who was ready to help us in any way he could, even during off-hours). If I ever visit Trivandrum again, I won’t even bother looking for another place!

The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like a well-stocked minibar and ample charging points.

The staff was attentive and quick to respond to any requests, adding to the overall excellent experience. I would definitely recommend this room to anyone looking for a blend of comfort and convenience!
