Good place, Ambiance, Food from Taj & Olives restaurant but Wayanad Palace requires huge improvement
Pros:

Room , Cleanliness, the Housekeeping members

Cons:

No Basic facilities like (Refrigerator, Lift not working, more than one kettle to heat milk or prepare tea, No dining)
If there is no restaurant operating, there has to be at least basic amenities for emergencies.
Staff members are not helpful , instead they stick to same point that yes this is how it is - which is very unprofessional and no ownership to help guests. Outside restaurants have great food (Taj and Olives) with tasty fish fry and parotas....
I would not recommend anyone until they have basic amenities in place.

Pros:

Basil and all the guys received us and take care of all our needs. Their attention and help where so kindly and helpful: they showed and explained all the possibles seensights of the area, and booked for us a taxi to visit many places. Addicionally, they helped us to get some delivery food for dinner. The room was ok, and the pool is allways a good option to get fresquitos.
Thanks for everything!!

Cons:

The ubication is near Eddakal Caves, that's good, but we where a little far of food places and the village. We needed to take some transport to reach everywhere.

Clean Rooms and vast Parking
Pros:

The location of this hotel is superb as it is located on the main road. Yet it is a calm area. The restaurant was under maintenance but there are small eateries nearby. The staff are good. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I booked the hotel around 10.25 pm and I got an immediate response. I checked in within 15 minutes. I also got it for the cheapest price ever in Wayanad! Thank you Booking.com
