Soggiorno piacevole, struttura accogliente e ben curata. La proprietaria è gentile e molto disponibile mi ha offerto anche il caffè sia all’arrivo che al mattino, un gesto semplice ma davvero apprezzato
Praticamente tutto dalla sig.alessia gentilissima come una di famiglia,al caffè offerto ogni mattina e per le infomrzioni sui ristoranti e le strutture del posto. Che dire...Io e mia moglie eravamo lì per un congresso dei TDG a fiera di roma. Grazie appunto alla sig. Alessia e alle sue indicazioni tutto si e semplificato. Grazie mille... al prossimo anno.
Come primo fattore vorrei parlare della gentilezza e della cordialità di Alessia, una persona solare, sempre pronta per farci sentire a nostro agio. Ci ha anche coccolato con un buon caffè alla mattina anche se lasciavamo presto la struttura (un doppio grazie di cuore).
La camera e il bagno poi sono pulitissimi e arredati con gusto. Il letto confortevole e gli armadi capienti sono stati molto apprezzati.
Tutti i servizi presenti (aria condizionata, mini frigo, TV, bollitore e tisane) hanno completato la piacevolezza del nostro soggiorno. La struttura è vicina ad un enorme centro commerciale e poco distante anche dall'aeroporto.
Che dire? Soddisfattissimi! Consigliamo vivamente a chi ha necessità di una camera con bagno.

Camera molto centrale, a 10 min dall'aeroporto e dalla nuova fiera di Fiumicino, altrettanto per il grande centro commerciale, molto comoda e riservata. C'è anche il parcheggio esterno e wifi gratuitamente. Gentilissima la proprietaria, molto disponibile e mai invadente.
Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto il clima che "spara" sul letto, ma basta regolarlo per sentirlo il giusto.
La camera era ampia nuova e confortevole. Molto silenziosa e in una zona comoda e piena di servizi
The guest room was nice. The host was extremely nice as well. She helped us by picking us up from the train station and booking a taxi for us the next morning!
Nothing major, but there are a couple things one should keep in mind:
1: This is located 15 min drive from FCO (Rome airport). As a result, it is very hard to reach through public transport. We traveled to Parco Leonardo train station and then the host picked us up for 20 Euro. The next morning, it will cost 35 Euro to transfer to the airport. These costs should be kept in mind. There is also a city tax of 5 Euro per night per person.
2: This is a guest house which is connected to the actual house where the host stays. You will be able to hear the movements of the host, you will not have any feeling of privacy.
3: In the morning, we were woken up by a random large sound at 4:50 AM. It sounded like some buzz or beep - not sure what this is from.
4: There was an alarm going off at 5 am -maybe this was an alarm the host had set and we heard it from next door, we are not sure.
Really clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, its a small private room comfortable enough to spend some days, close to a mall. The host was helpful and pleasant receiving us to her house.

Room Waa clean and comfortable the host offered transport from and to hotel for a fee. She also provided coffee and pastry for breakfast as our departure was early. A lovely host
Both the room and the bathroom were extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable, the room temperature cozy and the building is located in quite neighborhood, so I could get a good night sleep.
Alessia was the best host ever. She agreed to a late check-in, late check-out and both-ways airport transfer for a very reasonable price. She also bought me a pizza before I arrived so I could have dinner even though dining places were already closed! So thoughtful!
She is also very interesting and fun to talk to and she lived in the UK for two years, so to non-italian-speakers: you're all set!

A very lovely & cozy place near the airport! Very very clean and facilities are good! We loved every bit of our stay here!
Alessia is such an amazing, warm & kind host. She was even our driver! Booking this place is an all-in-one deal. She's very active on WhatsApp and here as well, she lives across this room so it's very very easy to communicate and get by Rome with her!
I didn't like anything in this accomodation
Pay attention this accomodation has many nuances.
I thought to stay near at the airport but in fact it is very far from Fiumicino. It was very tough to get taxi.
It was difficult to find this house.
When I have already paid for this accomodation the host text me I have to pay for check in because my arrival time was after 7 pm. Only since 10:00 am till 7:00 pm is free.
In fact self check-in didn't work. The host met me. It was uncomfortable.
When I had arrived at this accomodation she (host) asked me to pay extra for check-in after 7 pm and (!) for check-out (!). I was really surprised cause faced it first time in my life. She said early morning till 10:00 am I have to pay extra 15 euros. And 2 euros for city tax.
So I have paid 32 euros extra and 40 euros for taxi (one way). As result it cost like expensive apartments. I would rather book the other hotel than this.
By the way the host lives in the same apartments. There is the internal door. I have heard everything in her room because there is common door between our rooms.
It was bad experience. I don't advise anyone to book this accomodation.
Alessia is incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. She is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities.
It was a very clean and comfortable. A breakfast was a good. In bathroom were all things what we need, additional in the room were a small fridge and a kettle with coffee and sugar. Also the owner gave us discount for transfer to train station, it was a cute;)

The owner was incredibly helpful and very kind
- Brilliant host who also offered pick up and drop off from the airport at a fraction of the price compared to the local taxi's and Uber
- Even made us breakfast which was totally unexpected! Fresh hot pastries and beautiful coffee!
- The most comfortable bed we've probably ever slept in
- Lovely and clean with a fan in the room
- Price was a bargain
- Very secure and also gated
- No complaints! We only stayed for the one night before heading into Rome, but had we been there longer we might have liked a mini -fridge which the host, Alessia, has already said she is fitting along with a brand new air-conditioning unit. In all honesty, no complaints at all!
