Refus d émettre une facture demandée auparavant + refus de mener à terme la correspondance relative à la facture !

La puerta de la habitación no se puede cerrar desde adentro (por mi seguridad y privacidad) se debe colocar al menos un pestillo dentro de la habitación (puerta).
Llegue el miércoles, la cocina estaba con platos sucios y no estaba limpia del todo (debería, ya que la iba a utilizar, y esto da como desagrado.
La noche del jueves no se si había otro inquilino, o la pareja que vive en el apartamento había mucho ruido y no se podía descansar. Los demás días fue minimizando.

O ambiente é compartilhado, o que não fica claro no anúncio. A limpeza do quarto não estava legal, o chão estava sujo. E é muito distante de tudo. Avalie se é uma boa opção ficar tão distante assim dos principais pontos da cidade. Vai levar no mínimo 1 hora de transporte.

There was no answer at the agreed time of arrival. Not by intercom, at the door, telephone or text. A nice neighbour allowed us to leave our luggage with her and advised us of a good pub to go to while waiting for info from our hosts. They contacted us a couple of hours later and advised us he couldn't answer the door (or any other form of communication) because he was speaking to his boss.
The place was unclean - the microwave, oven, fridge, surfaces, furniture, the floor in the bedroom and in the shared lounge and kitchen. Even the hand soap and the bathroom cupboard were not cleaned.
The bed was uncomfortable and the bed sheet was completely crumpled. I've never even stayed at a friend's house who's put on a bed sheet in that state!
It wasn't clear, unless you read every word in booking.com, that it is shared accommodation, and although the owners advised us of this before we arrived, we felt that we were in their way the whole time. One morning, one of the hosts was sleeping on the coach, and most other times they were taking up the sofa space and watching TV. We couldn't relax anywhere outside of our small bedroom space.
There was laundry everywhere in the shared spaces, including the dining table, the ironing board and the outdoor seated terrace area.
The toiletries in the photo are not evident on arrival. We brought our own so we didn't need to ask for more, but they were just a couple of near empty items...and they had not been cleaned.
The tea and coffee making facilities were in the kitchen, not the bedroom. When someone is sleeping on the sofa all night, or they are watching TV, it makes it awkward to walk in unannounced to make coffee, breakfast, iron or use the fridge.
One of our items in the fridge was mistakenly used twice by the hosts and I had to ask them to replace it. They obliged.
The bedroom wardrobe has minimal space for hanging clothes.

Nothing really - it was all up to standard. I just felt somewhat rushed during check out but nothing extreme.

Some ppl might find the location a bit too far off as it's in the 3rd zone. Use the national railway if possible, as it's closer than the Tube.
