I can give one more try, expecting improvements in some areas

Location is excellent
Cleanliness and Room facility are Good
Staff Response Good
Breakfast : Vada were bit stale, Parantha were okeyish, Poha was good, Tea / coffee not adequately warm, Choice limited, tables were not clean

Pros:

Stayed here for a night in the month of December 2024 and its great option if you want to stay just outside of city to avoid crowds and hustles. Their tariff is also competitive because of this reason. Rooms are big enough and very neat. They also have dedicated parking space in the underground. There are lot of street food options nearby walking distance.
