The behaviour of staff extremely rude and unprofessional. Need to learn how to talk with people

わかりやすかったと思います。
離れのアパートだったので
入口がわかずオーナーに電話して
管理人に案内してもらいました。

本館はわかりやすいのですが
離れのアパートでは
最初だけ玄関と部屋の入り方がわかれば
民泊として問題なし。

大通りから急坂！車でも大変！
路面凍結の季節では
靴には簡易滑りどめがあったら良いかも
車はスパイクタイヤだから問題なし
WiFi弱めですが問題なし（離れのアパート）

Das wäre jetzt Jammern auf hohem Niveau, man könnte sich zum Beispiel über den Berg beschweren, den man hoch laufen muss, um die Unterkunft zu erreichen, das ist mit einem Koffer etwas mühsam, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts…

Sound insulation is non-existent, you hear everything from your room, your experience will be based purely on what kind of people will be staying the same time as you, maybe you get an italian partying group and you won't be sleeping that night. (For me it was mostly quiet, maybe because of luck)
The house is on a really steep street and the ice is not cleared from the private property walkway to the door, there was a guest who could not reach the door with her luggage and I slipped on one night. This could be easily avoided if the ice is cleared from the walkway.

La habitación demasiado pequeña

Quizás sería bueno algún baño más en el piso principal. A tener en cuenta la entrada es bastante empinada, si hay hielo hay que usar crampones o ir con mucho cuidado

- słychać kompletnie wszytsko co dzieje się poza pokojem, obracanie na łóżku czy chrapanie
- żeby dojść do obiektu trzeba zejść ze stromej górki o której nikt nie wspomina a przy śniegu i lodzie nie jest to wcale takie bezpieczne
- w opisie pokoju piszą że jest bezpłatny zestaw kosmetyków czego nie ma
- skrzypiące materace

Tired decor (the pictures look much better than the reality), very noisy as no soundproofing and rather overpriced. If it was a reasonable price it wouldn't be so bad but a broken tap, shower tray and oven extractor cover are all easy and cheap fixes which really should be done. There wasn't even a kettle. I feel the owner is just taking money without really caring about the experience of the customer. 5 pm is also a late check in. I would not go back. Wi-fi also kept dipping in and out which was frustrating.

-3 Wifi networks available but none of them worked for me.
-No kettle in the kitchen, I would have loved to get a cup of tea as the room radiator was not so warm.
-Many notices listing rules are posted like a student dorm and it was rather stifling, especially in the bathroom. Shared bathrooms naturally require consideration, but being suggested to limit shower time to 5-10 minute made it hard to relax.
-The walls are thin, and I was sometimes woken by other guests' voices or footsteps as it sounded as if someone had entered my room (I am usually quite tolerant of noise).
-The information sheet in the room states that if you leave a 5 star review, you will be given a larger discount on your next stay. Rewarding good guests may be reasonable but I felt quite conflicted.
