A very comfortable stay.
Pros:

The room was very spacious for the price. The bathroom, toilet and sink are split off to their own individual rooms from the main corridor, and there is plenty of space to walk and lie down even after deploying luggage, so you won't trip over your roommate.
The sink area is equipped with a selection of free-to-use care products.
A selection of movies free to watch are available on the room TV.
The bathroom is also very spacious with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub and it even has a waterproof TV in front of it.
The sofa cushions are great for hugging and sleeping at night.

Cons:

There was a weird smell coming from the toilet when we first entered the room, though it dissipated later. When informing the hotel staff about it, they gave us some air freshener to mitigate it.
The hot water temperature is difficult to control.
The hotel is next to a highway so expect emergency vehicle sirens and noisy vehicles interrupting your rest. You may also hear the muffled sounds of neighbouring guests especially when they return.
The curtains could have been darker, there was still light filtering into the room when they were covering the windows.

そこそこ高い料金のとっておいて宿泊者を泊めるには装備が不十分すぎる。
Pros:

ロケーションはいい。
朝食でのご飯は上手に炊けていました。

Cons:

シャワーの温度調節が極めて難しい。事実上壊れていた。
お風呂に洗面器も手桶もない。
宿泊に必要な整髪料や化粧水、美容液、スキンクリームなどのヘアケアやスキンケアグッズがない。（何かの手違いかと思ってフロントに問い合わせたが、グレードの高い部屋にはあるが、その部屋にはないという回答。本当なのか？）
駐車場が機械式で、多少大きめの車だと入れづらい。５ナンバーか軽ならOKか。

Be aware of check out process here. Bad experience.

Got a call from Reception at around 9:50 AM, saying you need to vaccant the room at 10 AM otherwise you need to pay some amount. I came downstairs at 10:05 AM for check out and they charged me 2400 Yen. I was staying here for 4 weeks. Weird to see this in Japan.
