Pros:

Great hospitality, amazing breakfast, very clean. Our stay at the Caledonian was one of the highlights of our journey. Absolutely recommend. The owners are very nice people.

Fantastic.
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff all lovely & very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Bonus to be able to park at back of property.

Pros:

The hotel is located in the center of Portree city. It is close to many restaurants, cafés, super markets etc. The staff was extremely helpful the gave us tips to navigate the area and the city as well!
The breakfast was lovely as well with many options to choose from.
Also we found the room very clean once we arrived, it smelled freshness and cleaningness!

Cons:

There is not something very negative to report exactly. The room wasn't very big but we managed, we had also many suitcases so that made it a bit of a challenge for us.
One thing as a suggestion would be to have also removable showerheads that would be more helpful in the showering process.

Recomiendo hospedarse en The Caledonian cuando viajen a Portree. Desde la ubicación, la atención del personal, el tamaño de la habitación, el estacionamiento privado y el desayuno, todo es un 10 de 10. Cuando volvamos a Skye, volveremos a The Caledonian.

Pros:

We went to Portree for a couple of days and booked on location and availability. The hotel has a difficult set of stairs if mobility is limited, albeit the back door is easier but the welcome was warm, the rooms comfortable (we had a refurbished one) and the breakfast was good. The location was perfect for walking around Portree.

Cons:

The shower pressure varied a bit but generally no issue.
