Pros:

THOMAS est une personne trés attentionné, il conseille trés bien ses clients.
La chambre spacieuse avec une grande salle d eau.
L'hôtel est calme et trés bien situé avec un parking.
Le petit déjeuner est bon et trés copieux.

Would recommend for sure. Such a warm and cozy hotel.
Pros:

The hosts were truly incredible! They were so warm, kind and funny too. They were so nice to let us check in after 10 in the evening (make sure to get to the Isle of Skye via the bridge - do not trust google maps when it suggests you take a ferry haha). The breakfast was delicious and the room was everything we needed after a whole day of visiting the isle.

Prime spot for visiting Portree
Pros:

Perfect location with parking and nearby facilities. Great friendly staff which made us feel right at home. Large array and delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Showers aren’t the greatest but bathroom is large and clean just could use a better pressure head

Excellente nuit à Portree
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable, situé tout près du port. Accueil vraiment très chaleureux malgré l’heure tardive à laquelle nous sommes arrivés. Très bon petit déjeuner complet. Chambre spacieuse et très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir bien. C’était parfait!

A welcoming, comfortable, and central location for all your journeys around the Isle of Skye.
Pros:

The staff at The Caledonian are wonderful! We were well cared for from minutes before we arrived (because we were unsure where to park, so called and got excellent instructions) until the moment we left. The breakfast was wonderful, with diverse options that were all delicious. The location was also ideal. The hotel is smack dab in the middle of Portree. It took us 2 minutes to walk to dinner one night and 1 minute the next. No exaggeration!

Cons:

This is minor, and very specific to our middle aged bodies, but the pillows were too firm for us. That’s it, the sum total of what we didn’t like. And I’m sure that if we’d asked, they would have provided different pillows.
