Pros:

Quite peaceful surroundings. Kind hosts. Clean house.

Cons:

Perhaps a kettle in the room to make a hot drink so as not to disturb hosts in the early hours. Provisions of leaflets/brochuresof attractions/ maps of the area, etc for visitors avaiable.

Warm, cosy , very clean and luxurious home that made guests feel comfortable and at home.
Pros:

Greeted warmly by hospitable hosts..beautifully maintained property with regal entrance inside and a stunning staircase that sparkled . Home was very clean , cosy with areas to either move freely ,relax or chat with hosts. Facilities available to have a cuppa or make a bite . Other guests that stayed were friendly and we felt safe and warm. Bedroom very clean and bed most comfortable. Slept soundly. Shower and spacious bathroom fresh and clean . Pros:

Quiet area and close to the shops. Had a out door smoking area. The host was very friendly and very accommodating. You get to see some birds in the morning when you have your coffee and smoke at the back.

This home is absolutely spotless. Highly recommended😃
Pros:

Location at Rowville was ideal for my overnight stay; I was going to a concert nearby at Upwey the following day.
You need to have a car however. No public transport nearby.

This home is lovely, superior cleanliness, super comfortable bed, and very friendly welcoming hosts.
Basic breakfast of bread for toast, plus spreads, tea & coffee was provided; a very nice & unexpected touch!

Cons:

Parking outside but it's a very safe, quiet, no through street

My partner and I stayed for 7 days
The room was cosy and bed so comfortable
Beautiful bathroom plenty space
The hosts captain and Sylvia just Beautiful and friendly enjoyed the chats
Plenty of living areas to relax inside
Also lovely covered outdoor area and for smokers like ourselves yes can do so outside
Great value for money

The property owner and his wife are incredibly warm and hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. Despite arriving just 10 minutes after booking, I was amazed to find the room impeccably neat and tidy. It was not only spacious but also beautifully furnished with everything one could possibly need. What stood out the most was the spotless cleanliness of the entire house, creating a peaceful, quiet, and utterly relaxing atmosphere. This stay was nothing short of exceptional!

Very beautiful, clean and tidy home. My daughter and I felt privileged to enjoy this home during our homestay. Gracious hosts that made us feel very welcome and at home. 5 star accommodation without the 5 star prices. Nice add on services like laundry, airport shuttle and meals available at affordable costs which was immensely useful for my visit. This homestay arrangement pleasantly exceeded my expectations.
