Such a great deal for what you get and the atmosphere it provides. Extremely dark and comfortable bedroom and beautiful amenities and kitchen. I am from Cali but I will be back specifically to be at this property.

It was great and beautiful, but there is no parking and the bar next-door kept us up extremely late on Friday and Saturday night.

Nice place and we enjoyed our stay! It’s close to a couple of the food cart spots and in acute housing area.

Nice quiet neighbourhood with some great bakeries, breweries and close to tranport. Building is very new and lobby area is great for working and relaxing. This building has a mix of residents and visitors, and my studio apartment came with a kitchen and laundry. Highly recommend

I really liked this place! It was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The property was clean and easy to locate and navigate. I would recommend this stay to any of my friends.

We understood we were moving into a studio, but no where did it mention that the windows would not open. There is also no table, not even a coffee table, which seems strange since there is a full kitchen. I would expect an extended stay place to have some kind of table for eating/working. Our coffee machine, which is listed as an amenity, is also broken. We attempted to ask the person at the front desk about it but they said they couldn't help us.

Great property and well appointed, generous sized studios.

The bar/club right across the street is VERY loud until around 2am on both Friday and Saturday evenings and can be heard in many of the rooms.

My only property complaint was that the rooms, despite having a very nice coffee maker, did not come stocked with any pods, creamer, sugar/sweetener, etc.

My 4yo and I stayed in a 1-br over the weekend to visit a friend. The hotel is beautiful, has good security, and extended hours for concierge (who are all helpful and friendly). Our room was fantastic with all dimmable lights, full kitchen, spacious bathroom, and full size laundry machines.

The cell reception is terrible but they offer free wifi and that helped a lot. Kitchen comes with all appliances/accessories needed to prepare and serve meals. Dishes, cutlery, and glassware is for a group of 4. It might sound silly but I love when paper towels are provided as they were here. Sound abatement between apartments is not fantastic but we didn't have any major issues. They allow pets so we heard lots of dogs. Bedroom mattress was very comfortable. Also, shower water pressure was not good, but I'm not sure if that's a Portland thing or not.

The neighborhood is not particularly walkable for small kids, but our friend drove us everywhere so it was fine for our short trip. Overall the hotel was great and I would stay again.

It was a bit noisy here, you could hear the sounds from the corridor and neighbors. But this apartment was so wonderful that we were completely satisfied! There is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. Everything is so new and clean, I was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you very much! If I could give more stars, I would! ☺️🫶

Really enjoyed my stay, the people working the front desk were always nice and helpful. Beautiful furnished rooms. The comfort and hospitality made my stay in Portland that much more amazing.
