Todo bien, solo que en la noche no había personal en recepción y el timbre para solicitarlo lo estaban toque y toque, lo cual fue molesto al no dejar dormir.

Horrible experiencia
Pros:

Pésimo servicio, no había nadie para poder entrar al hotel, tuve que llamar para que me dieran la clave de acceso y la contraseña para entrar a mi habitación, las instalaciones cómodas, confortables, pero sin ningún tipo de servicio, el frigobar vacío, hasta las siete de la noche llegó un empleado. La habitación da directo a la calle, muchísimo ruido de camiones, coches, etcétera, en la madrugada el viento hace mucho ruido también. Es una lastima por las instalaciones, todo lo demás pésimo

Pros:

The staff was not welcoming, they had us wait outside for 10 mins to check for the reservation.
The room size is ok, but it’s on a busy street and the noise was too loud. The bathroom smelled bad. The parking lot is on a different street and the person in charge was not friendly.
