Excellent ! Appartement foarte bine plasat, in inima orasului, curat, foarte bine amenajat - finitions, detalii de calitate foarte apreciate - confortabil, bine utilat, proprietar disponibil, amabil, vom reveni cu placere.
- the location: accessible area, beautiful garden, historical building with nice architecture
- the rooms: cool and clean, with comfortable bed and pillows
- overall design and decor: modern and very nice decorated
- the bathroom products: high quality toiletries, the hands soap was smelling amazing
- the staff: very thoughtful, responsive, and friendly
- the only drawback was that the Julia apartment is semi-detached, meaning you pass through one room to get to the kitchen or outside. Although it wasn’t problematic for a one-night stay, it could be inconvenient for longer stays.
Beautiful property, amazing and convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are clean, modern and comfortable.
The garage gate is often 'blocked' by other cars outside who park on the street, despite the clear signs of 'no parking'; this is of course not the property's fault, just an inconvenience at times, when one needs to go in or out of the property with the car. It would be great if a solution to this existed - but I confess I would not know what is there to do...

There were few small things that I found missing such as towel hangers in the bathroom and wardrobe for longer stays.
We had the best stay in Piatra Neamt, in this venue that offers great facilities, intimacy and friendly and kind staff. The building is recently renovated, showing high interest in preserving the original architecture and ambiance. We highly recommend Augsburg Apart Piatra Neamt!
