本当によいホテルでした。ありがとう。
Pros:

ロケーションよし、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切、部屋も清潔、セキュリティもしっかりしています。
そして、このエリアではとてもお得感のあるホテルだと思います。

Cons:

遮音性はそれほどでもないので、人の出入りの時になるチャイムなどはよく聞こえます。
でも、安全と引換ならそれも納得です。

super ruidoso el baño y los baños ytuberias de las demas habitaciones hicieron un ruido bastante molesto constantemente. no pudimos descansar porque cada que usa alguien el baño se oye toda la tuberia en la habitacion deberian corregir eso.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, en Polanco caminando a cualquier lado en 15 minutos, un barrio super tranquilo, seguro y cerca a restaurantes y tiendas, el staff fue muy bueno con nosotros nos cuidó las maletas antes de darnos la habitación

Cons:

algunas habitaciones no tienen tanta iluminación/ventilación ya que no tienen ventanas que dan al exterior y tampoco cuentan con aire acondicionado, si se sintió un poco asfixiante
