Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout my visit. Everyone was polite, friendly, and had such a nice attitude, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated their warm behavior and great service.

Cons:

Room size must be bigger because its difficult to manage your stuff specially if 2 people are going there.

The “sea view rooms” shown in the pictures are quite misleading compared to the actual rooms. The rooms are very small, and many of the advertised facilities are either missing or very limited.

The middle-aged receptionist was not very helpful and seemed mostly busy talking on the phone, making it difficult to get proper assistance.

Overall, the rooms and services do not match the value of the budget charged and are not satisfactory.

Honestly I was going to leave a good review up until the last interaction I had with the mini bar scam.
Pros:

I like that the property was clean and that the staff was very nice to me from the moment I came to the moment I left the hotel.

Cons:

The main reason for the lower score was the fact that the owner is a short-term thinker and is frankly an amateur in business. People warned me about scams before visiting Istanbul but this one was on a whole another level. They have a little mini-bar inside the room that you would think was included in your stay however the sticker that includes the prices is so small it purposely can easily be ignored. Anyways, I had 4 cans of soft drinks (Coke Zero), small bag of nuts and a bar of chocolate for 110 euros or $126. Yes, you read that correctly, what you can buy for 8$, they charged $126. This is an example of an amateur business man who thinks in the short term and who’s willing to risk his business reputation for a $126. The other thing which I never made a big deal about is that I didn’t get a good room it was so small and cramped I didn’t have enough space to pray but that’s beside the point

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and maintained, which made the experience comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The service was excellent throughout my stay, and I truly felt well taken care of.

The location is also a big advantage, as it’s conveniently situated close to everything you might need. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay.

L’emplacement idéal, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés à 7h AM après un vol de 13 heures. Notre chambre était prête mais si nous voulions y avoir accès il y avait un frais de 30 euros pour un early check-in. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi demander un tel frais alors que la chambre est prête, nous avons beaucoup voyagé et n’avons jamais vu une telle politique. Très ordinaire, ça démontre que la direction préfère le profit et non la satisfaction de ses clients. Le problème vient de la direction et non des très aimables employés de l’accueil.

Aussi nous choisis la chambre lit queen mais nous avons eu un minuscule lit double.

Bardzo ładny pokoik, ostatecznie balkon był bardziej barierką za oknem, ale to ok. Bardzo czysto, obsługa absolutnie świetna. Świetny pomysł zwiększający przyjemność z pobytu to możliwość zamówienia kawki czy herbatki w cenie, to bardzo miłe.
Świetna lokalizacja, 5min spacerem od Błękitne Meczetu i Aya Sofia. Mimo bliskości sxislego centrum jest cicho. Polecam

Wszystko było w porządku, mógłby sie znaleźć w pokoiku jakis mały stolik wlasnie na kawkę, aczkolwiek w pokoju niewiele miejsca. Niemniej jednak wiadomo od początku ze pokój mały, ale na kilka dni wystarczający
