Hotel idalement placé, localisation et services super.
Pros:

Localisation idéale et petit déjeuner avec buffet super. Une vue directe sur la plage depuis la terrasse du restaurant. Stationnement intérieur. Belle chambre avec lit king size. Le restaurant de l'hotel propose de bons plats.

Cons:

il n'y a pas d'eau chaude a la douche, c'est courant au Salvador, mais l'eau n'est jamais vraiment froide ;)

Fell far short of what we expected

Young workers very friendly and helpful Beautiful view of surf. Our room was basic but clean

Cons:

Untidy beach area. Shocked by random bits and old clothes and towels lying around when we arrived. Very hard to get to the beach due to rocks and debris. It would be simple to make a path. Our room was vastly overpriced Food in restaurant was adequate as was the breakfast provided but limited and nothing special.

Pros:

Lovely hotel close to the beach. The beach is visible from the hotel. My room was lovely, it had a private balcony with a hammock.There is a restaurant on-site and many closeby so it is very conveniently located. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Kind of gets loud due to being next to a bar, but this was only on Friday so I don't think it's an everyday thing. It is quiet and peaceful by 9.

Not impressed
Pros:

The location of this hotel is very good. Steps away from the beach. The ocean views from the room are also very nice. The included breakfast was also good with several options (although it was the same every day).

Cons:

The majority of the staff seemed unpleasant to me. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, it felt like almost all staff were dismissive. Also, somewhat rude. They asked us multiple times to verify that we understood no toilet paper could be thrown in toilet (customary in many countries due to poor septic) and also were asked to verify we understood all the rules. It seemed excessive and off putting There was only one person that actually smiled at us. The rest- not at all. I’m disappointed in the quality for the price we paid. The bed was uncomfortable and there were only two small nightstands and a clothing tree rack in the room. There was a long shelf to put backpacks and two other wooden bookcase type structures to put things. No chair in the room to sit on. We were given just two towels. No hand towel for drying your hands or bath mat to step on after showering. There was only one hook in bathroom. They never offered a beach/pool towel, so you’d need to bring your own, or use your room towel for the pool/ beach. The rain shower idea is nice, but there was no water pressure. There was no lockbox for valuables. Lastly, our room was never refreshed. While I understand we were there for only 2 nights, I was at a minimum expecting the one small trash can in bathroom (where we are throwing all toilet paper) to be emptied, but it wasn’t. It also would have been nice to get fresh towels, but we didn’t get those either. I can give them the benefit of the doubt that they were trying to be environmentally conscious, but they should at least let guests know that rooms are not going to be refreshed for short stays so they are aware. Lastly, book any tours you want in advance, as last minute bookings are not really an option here.

J'ai trouvé que l'hôtel manquait d'entretien et était surclassée
Pros:

Les petits déjeuners était très bons. L'hôtel est à proximité d'une belle plage. Il y a plusieurs restaurants très bons tout au tour, et l'endroit est assez calme. L'ambiance est très chill, les chambres sont grandes, et bien décorées. Le personnel est super gentil.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la nôtre, et je ne sais pas si c'est pareil pour tous les chambres. Il n'y a pas d'insonorisation, donc si vos voisins sont bruyants, cela peut être dérangeant. La piscine est petite, et n'était pas très propre. Les chaises autour de la piscine sont sales, inconfortables, et pour la plupart, brisées. J'ai trouvé que l'hôtel était surclassée, et que les aires communs étaient mal entretenus. Avec tous les commentaires que j'avais lu sur Booking, mais attentes étaient élevées et clairement, l'hôtel selon moi est surclassée.
