Cons:

Da falta de comunicação entre os funcionários da recepção ao entrar e sair já que fiquei hospedado 3 dias. Toda vez ao sair e entrar tinha que explicar que estava hospedado e que ia sair e voltar.
Painel difícil de usar travando, e pra acessar/conectar aplicativos disponiveis na TV ( Netflix).
Café da manhã - deixou a desejar em quantidade e variedade.
