Cons:

Offer shuttle airport service in promotion, reason to book the place. Shuttle was not provided, response from hotel with a Taxi service at 2x uber rate with a fee for cash and a 10 euro surcharge for CC payment. Sent Taxi, they report without a positive acceptance response.
