Pros:

Het is een heel mooi hotel en alles is prima geregeld. Hele mooie ruime kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Ook het ontbijt buffet was erg goed, veel keuze. De gym zag er goed uit en de sauna was netjes en schoon. Ook de bus verbinding naar het centrum was goed te doen 80 cent per persoon voor een enkele reis!

Cons:

Het bed was groot maar erg hard. Het leek alsof de matrassen een beetje hun beste tijd hebben gehad.

Cons:

Gece 12 den sonra rezervasyon yapıp gittik oteli girişini bulamadık, telefon ile aradığımızda telefona cevap verilmedi. gece çalışan resepsiyon görevlisi rezervasyonu göremediği için odamızı teslim etmedi beklememizi istedi, ayrıca gelen telefonları ahizeyi kaldırıp hemen kapayarak engellediğini gördüm, kendisine nakit olarak depozito bırakarak giriş yapabildik ve bunu da biz teklif ettik daha sonra öğrendik ki saat 12:00’den sonra yapılan rezervasyonlar otelin sistemine sabaha karşı düşüyormuş, yani mümkün olsa bizi sabaha kadar Bekletecekmiş orada. Sabah Depozitoyu iade aldık ancak iadeyi yapan Türk çalışan biraz ukala idi, kendisinin bize göre çok iyi İngilizce bildiğini beyaz ederek ve bunu uzatarak ukalaca konuştu. Biz İngilizce bilmek zorunda da değiliz.

Pros:

Good location if you plan to stay as passing by ZG, located on highway exit.
Rooms are nice, modern looking hotel. Staff was helpfull with the mixup i made with reservation.

Cons:

Parking was expensive (comped due to a mixup with the breakfast). Breakfast also not so great given the price. Doors in the rooms have a very strong closing mechanism, and a lot of guests dont give a damn that someone might be sleeping so expect a lot of door banging from 0630-7

Pros:

It’s a brand new hotel! The room was very spacious and had everything you needed. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. The sauna and gym were great additions to the experience!

Cons:

The reception charged me the deposit twice and reverted only one payment. I eventually managed to get the other payment back via my bank, but the reservations department never responded to my message about the issue and did not react promptly, which shows a lack of professionalism. Initially, the receptionist promised to take care of reverting both payments since there were some technical issues when I was checking out at 5AM, but that never happened. It seems they simply forgot about it, which is, again, unprofessional.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο για ταξιδιώτες με υπόγειο πάρκινγκ.Πολύ καλό πρωινό.

Cons:

Είναι δύσκολο να βρεις την είσοδο όταν φθάνεις βράδυ. Χρειάζεται καλύτερη σήμανση.
