Pleasant stay.
Pros:

We had pleasant experience staying at Sapphire hotel. The room was clean, tasty breakfast, helpful stuff, reasonable price. I would recommend it.

The receptionist is a very innocent and a hardworking girl.

Pros:

Staff was very good and cooperative. Breakfast was okay

Cons:

Bed springs were making noise,room size was inadequate, poorly designed and very small.Every room can hear all other rooms activities as free entertainment and that's disturbing though.

Pros:

The price is is really reasonable and the receptionist was very cordial he helped us book a Uber

Cons:

It could be better if they can add bidet in the washroom being in a Muslim dominated country we expect a washroom which is Muslim friendly.
