Magnífico
Pros:

El agua de la piscina muy buena. Solo añadiría barandas para impedidos en la escalera de la piscina.

Cons:

El tiempo se fue muy rápido.

We left a day early but paid for the whole stay. There were no hand towels. No where to hang anything (clothes)Mo TV. I

Was a good stay
Pros:

Check in was very good and smooth
Very nice people
Was able to go in and out of the location very easily and the gate gave us a sense of comfort

Cons:

The front office was not continuously staffed, so when I did walk down there wanting to ask a question, there was nobody there.
Areas could have been a little bigger
Couldn't figure out the wi-fi

Wonderful place to disconnect as a couple or with family.
Pros:

Very clean facilities, well lighted, friendly and attentive staff. Check in and out was very easy. Ours was the standard room with a queen bed and it included hot water for the shower and mini fridge that worked wonderfully . They had pool tables and a pool area where you can bbq and it is very close to El Poblado. I will definitely come back with family.

Cons:

No tv in our room.
