The location is great very convenient to reach everything in the old city. Nardo itself is not a big attraction and mostly can serve as a base to other more attractive places. However the hotel is located in a very good place
The most important thing is that you don't get proper service. It seems like their main business is the restaurant and not the hotel and the hotel is just a side show. Breakfast has very limited options and usually there is only one waiter for everybody. There are almost no veggies and the coffee is mediocre.
The rooms are nice and spacious however not very clean

We loved this hotel and we loved Nardò too. The hotel is elegant and stylist, very very comfortable. Breakfast and the restaurant are great. It is very quiet and atmospheric. Parking is easy about 100 metres away (we consistently found easy free parking outside the church of S Francesco da Paola). The swimming pool is blissful. Would love to return to this beautiful hotel.

A brilliant luxury hotel. A lot of thought has gone into this hotel to make it extremely relaxed but also professional and really comfortable. The restaurant was lovely, the wine choices great and the breakfast was perfect. The pool and spa area were brilliant. Our room was enormous with tea, coffee and fresh fruit every day.
Some clearer messaging about whether you can drive to the front door. There is a traffic limitation zone in Nardo and we never really sorted it out so just parked nearby and hoofed it to the front door instead. Not really big problem.
The hotel was pretty much faultless.

Fruehstuecksbuffet koennte evtl. etwas umfangreicher sein, aber alles frisch und lecker!
