Zeer goede locatie dichtbij Lake Naivasha. Ideaal met zwembad. Goede verfrissing en pauze tussen de Safari uitstappen door.

We have been staying for the last 3 years in this hotel and you can see a clear improvement every year. The staff is always really kind and helpful, but they have made the restaurant and the swimming pool which are great additions.
Is close to the lake and good communicated but far enough from the lake road to avoid noisy vehicles.
A point that needs to be improved are the isolation of the windows. At certain times could be noisy with the businesses around the hotel. Also to have some heaters in the room could be very welcome in the coldest nights
Nice rooms, staff very friendly and welcoming
Some of the food was a little below my expectations.
Large rooms, good bedding, comfortable, value for money
Instant showers 🚿, don't give proper hot water flow
This place is like a stingy dormitory style establishment. The room was absolutely plain, no decoration, no sofa (as it was in the picture), no hot water tap in the basin, weak electric shower, no spa bath as indicated in the picture.
The breakfast was horrible, no brewed coffee, only Nescafe, cereals old,
Staff not trained, feels like young people from the village, no timeliness of breakfast etc. No friendlyness!
One day the room was not made when we came in the evening.
Air fresheners were so strong and actually suffocating!
No coffeemaker in the room(as it was indicated in the booking)
Pillows were hard, stuffed with old mattrace pieces.
Wherever you look, its just stingy and raw. No fun to be in this place!
When we entered the guards at the gate demanded all our personal details which we refused as there is so much abuse of data in Kenya... and at checkin they took pictures of our passports with a private phone!!!!
No intercom to reception, you have to call using your mobile phone....
This is more of a business conference hotel so everybody is very professional. Hotel is clean with very nice bed and rooms are nice size. It is about 5 minute drive to boat launch for Crescent Island and about 30 mins to Hells Gate NP entrance (both highly recommended). We arrived at lunch and were checked in, then we went to Crescent Island and spent all afternoon there plus the boat ride for an hour. Following day we checked out but left luggage at Hotel and visited Hells Gate with hike to the gorge (had amazing guide James Lekirekisho from the gorge community office). The staff at the hotel is amazing, buffet food was very good and plenty. If you like a full board arrangement, this is a great choice in the area.
Everything was great. Fan in the room would be nice during hot weather but it cools down at night.
Great if you are looking for a conference hotel (we were not at the conferences).
On arrival there was no room for us. We had to hang around in reception and were eventually told our room was being cleaned and then later that it was still wet.
Later again, it transpired (as we were one of several) that it was double booked.
Although the next excuse was that the
guest refused to leave.
After some time hanging in reception we were given a room at an Airbnb some way off. It was not what we expected or wanted.
The hotel was hosting 6 conferences.
We realise now that is a hotel more for this purpose. Not leisure and not peaceful.
Our plans then changed
The entire staff is kind and helpful. The room is great, clean, and very spacious. Thank you again for answering all our questions, organising the game drive to Nakuru with John and the breakfast box.
Breakfast is good and offers many salty options. If you are more fan of sweets, there are fewer options.
A couple of misunderstandings when we weren't too angry, ordered only one plate to share and got one plate each. Also got charged for some fruits as a desert that we never ordered , but since they were already prepared, we ate them
