Pros:

Bed was ok . Spacious. Sofas was good

Cons:

Not clean. Cockroach was there. Bathroom was very small with attached washbasin.very very small. Not neat. Smell was irritating 🤮

The only area for improvement would be food arrangements. Since the property does not have its own restaurant, it would be helpful if they could tie up with nearby restaurants and arrange room delivery for guests. This would greatly enhance the overall convenience and guest experience.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend Ooty Pine Hills Residency to families and travelers looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay in Ooty.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty, unhygienic and had fungus on the walls. The glassware and doormats were also unclean. In a cold place like Ooty, hot water in the bathroom was available only from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The bedsheets were not clean and one of the doors could not be locked properly. The parking area road was dangerous.

Absolutely value for money. My family truly enjoyed the spacious room with a beautiful view.
Pros:

The room is very spacious. The view is beautiful. It is centrally located. The staff are very warm. It’s best for families, safe and privacy is not an issue.

Cons:

The room cleaning can happen on a daily basis. Heater facility can make the stay more comfortable.
