We booked 2 apartments for 4 days and the apartments were functional and aesthetic.. hot water geyser in the bathrooms was a big plus! Nights in March are pretty cold so would recommend travellers to consider packing socks and a light sweater when you travel in March. The property is well maintained and the reception manager Mr Charles and assistants Mr Murugan and Mr Saleem were very courteous and helpful.. Mr Charles even went out of his way to help get medicine for my son when he came down with a fever towards the end of our trip. One flat is adequate space for 2 adults and 1 child. The kitchenette features a kettle and they also provide Bisleri water with your room. Plates and spoons can be availed on request. This hotel is also easily accessed on Zomato and swiggy so no worries ordering lunch or dinner (make sure you do before 9.30 pm!)
You also have options to order breakfast from the hotel itself for a reasonable rate of 80 rs per person.
Special thanks also to our guide Mr Padmaraj who drove us around and showed us all the spots around Ooty and Coonoor. Overall a great stay.
The property sits on an incline so it can be a bit taxing to walk to the nearby shops since you end up panting for breath by the time you get back... But that can't be helped. Nothing negative really.

It was a pleasant stay, good for a small family. Friendly staff, great service by Charles and Murgan. Breakfast and Dinner was decent. No wi-fi provided. Value for money.

I liked the rooms, location, view, and the living rooms were spacious, we spent quality time and relaxed. this place is near to many tourist attractions and very well maintained. the staff was also very helpful

The room was quite big with attached bathroom and big living room. Very comfortable
The staff offered a complementary breakfast along with a tea. It was very good. I liked the room and it has a beautiful sofa. The room was clean and the hotel is located in fingerpost..which is very near to most of the tourist places.

They dont have a restuarent in there, but they arrange the food and service at room with good food and rate.
cleanliness of the bedsheet and bath towels where bad, we have booked apartment with 2 rooms, only 1 bathroom had the geyser, other bathroom is server hot water in morning and evening only, they have not informed us this before. Parking is also very difficult

Excellent stay.we enjoyed a lot
The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was good.
The staff was exceptionally rude, not helpful at all. It was difficult to find the property because the location on the map that Booking sent me was not the real one. It was about 3 kms away from it.
Rooms are specious, attached geysers are plus as some hotels provide hot water in specified times only.
Beds are small for couple with kid, Heaters can be installed, 1 towel per adult should be provided.
