Extremely unhelpful, really bad service
Due to a late flight arrival , I was 45 minutes passed their check in time , and I could not get in, when I contacted the staff through the number they were extremely rude and unfriendly and refused to help, I had to book another room last minute else where , or sleep on the street .
Location was perfect. Very quiet at night. Spacious and good facilities.
Wi-fi was not as per manual and seemed to connect to a public service which was much slower than my mobile.

No tea towels.. blind in bedroom needs replacement as it is broken..

Very quiet inside in a very busy area. Close to the tube and attractions. Easy to get to. Very well stocked for the kitchen to cook. Very comfortable living area and TV set up to watch shows. The host was very responsive to any needs we had. We had locked our key in the apartment and they answered right away and dealt with it quickly. Very impressed. Great to have with a mom and son as extra bedroom

Sparkling clean with fresh crisp towels and sheets.Three min walk to trains and tubes a very busy and lively area.We stayed over the weekend and friday and saturday nights were a little noisy but that didn t bother us too much
Place was located to exactly where I needed to be.
Only thing which annoyed me slightly was the fact I kept being asked what time I was checking out and leaving the property.
If the checkout time is 11am, then I have until 11am to leave, so why the need to keep messaging and asking.
Great quietness for london. But booking.com conveyance of instructions etc was lax. After a long flight from Malaysia I was tired and jet lagged, and did not get entry information.

The fact that there’s a pretty expensive deposit(which was immediately refund after we left), but I understand it is needed because not all guests are respectful of the place they rent.

The location was good, Given its central location the apartment was very quiet.
Getting into the apartment complex is not easy. The instructions are not explicit enough. The apartment assigned to me was being decorated when I opened the door. The member of staff was helpful, but the first alternative they offered me was so small. The second one was more spacious, but the "terrace" the definition is "a flat area of stone or grass, where people sit and sometimes eat" - It was so narrow you could hardly stand on it. The carpeted floor in the bedroom was very uneven by the door - this needs to be looked at

Serious lack of hygiene. The apartment itself is not bad. Excellent location. The problem with this apartment is the almost total lack of hygiene and the carelessness of the owner/manager. We arrived at this apartment on the first day and, curious to visit London, we rushed out and did not carefully check the cleanliness. The first evening when we went to bed we noticed a lot of hair and fur under the covers, so much so that we had to remove them from the bed, try to clean as much as possible and finally sleep dressed and hooded to avoid contact with such dirty sheets. The next day we contacted the host looking for a solution (we did not want money but simply wanted to assert our right to sleep in a clean bed) but to our unpleasant surprise, “the solution” proposed was to pay €30 for a change of sheets (as if we were the ones who dirty them and asked for a change on a whim). Totally shocked by the host's behavior we decided to buy clean sheets ourselves to at least make sure we could sleep peacefully and without worrying about other people's dirt. It is the first time that we leave a negative review in more than 30 experiences with Booking but we have never found such a serious lack of hygiene and above all such bad human management by the host.
