Surface level nice, absolutely no quality
Pros:

Some of the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are super spacious and the pool area is nice, but very small.

Cons:

Overall I felt this hotel was very surface level nice, like the pictures look lovely and on first glance it’s nice to walk into but that’s about it. The area where it’s located is beside the train station so it’s not the nicest area which surprised me since the location score was very high. The staff were relatively friendly but service was a very low level. I found it really bad taste that you had to pay a deposit of €50 for a pool towel as a guest of their hotel. We also had so many issues with their booking system before we arrived to the point I actually had to cancel my booking and rebook it which led me to book the wrong dates. They send booking links to pay for your stay before you arrive and every time the links didnt work. They also sent a link for online check-in which also didnt work. Then to top it all off, on our last night about 11pm we were in bed and suddenly a large amount of water was leaking from the ceiling. We had to wait about 45mins to have it fixed which kept us up, which obviously wasn’t anyones fault, but a bit of an unpleasant experience to have a mechanic in our room in the middle of the night and then have absolutely no apology or even an offer of a drink or anything from the staff. No one from reception even mentioned it when we checked out and we when mentioned it we just got a blank stare as a response. So overall just no customer service or care. As a result I would not recommend or stay again!

Great hotel.
Pros:

Very modern hotel right beside the train station and car rentals. You are literally about 1 minute away from the car rental companies. We landed from the airplane and took an easy train ride to the hotel. Took around 10 minutes. Exited right at the hotel. Relaxed that night and car rental to explore andulucia region. Great breakfast. Good gym and comfortable rooms. The pillow top mattress was a little too soft for me though. Highly recommend this hotel.

Doet wat het moet zijn voor businesstrip
Pros:

Accomodatie was in zijn geheel “ anoniem”, maar op vraag was receptie zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk

Cons:

De kamer was oke maar douchen in bad zou beter een inloopdouche moeten zijn
