Excellent location in front the park

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and great customer service. Went out of the way to help us.

Cons:

There is no lift. Very steep steps if staying on top floor. Difficult to carry heavy bag however staff helped with storing bags on ground floor.

Pros:

Le personnel disponible et sympathique. La chambre est équipée parfaitement et propre. L'emplacement idéal pour se déplacer à pied.

Cons:

La moquette dans la chambre, mais ce n'est pas très gênant pour moi.l'ensemble est bien propre.

Very conveniently located.

Cons:

It is old and tired. Wallpaper is scuffed and torn, dust on the tops of the curtains, lights that don’t work, no soundproofing, dubious mattress quality, TINY shower towels!

convenient location. Pleasant staff, quiet. Shower was fine

Cons:

Room was basically a walled off section of the corridor in a basement. It was very hot - it was a hot day and they had clearly said (after booking) that there was no a/c but the rads in the corridor were boiling hot. the 'room' did have a window that opened at teh far end but just into a tiny outside basement area so no breeze and did not feel safe having it open anyway. decor in bathroom and room was very tired - cracked tiles etc.

Sans climatisation, il ne faisait pas chaud dans la chambre car à l'ombre toute la journée malgré la canicule.
Personnel très aimable.
Proche de la gare St pancras.

Cons:

Salle de bain un peu petite. L'eau ne s'écoule pas bien.
