Location is good and reception 🛎️ were friendly
Pros:

Location and receptionists are perfect..is very close to station which makes it easy..and store luggage as option is practical

Cons:

Was very dirty bathroom..with hairs from previous guests:(..also in bed found some, dead moscito from summer I guess still there.

INCREDIBLE LOCATION
Pros:

The location is 5*. 10 mins walk from King's Cross but on a quiet crescent with tennis courts set in gardens. Round the corner on the main street are beautiful cafes and restaurants of many kinds and a brilliant, friendly neighbourhood pub.
The staff are very polite, relaxed and friendly.

Cons:

It's a little tired and old school and in my small room a large wide person would have difficulty squeezing into the shower room but the facilities were fine and for the price and location I would not complain.

Clean, comfortable and quiet, with quirky old rooms.
Pros:

Clean room, great location, good value for a decent bed in Euston. Half the price of a budget chain hotel and serves the same purpose if all you want is somewhere to sleep with a decent pub or restaurant nearby (there are many!).

Bathroom very clean, shower small but functional, water very hot. Soap and shampoo supplied.

My room (#7) had double doors, keeping out hall noise, which was nice. Also no road noise which was doubly nice, coming from the quiet countryside.

Having stayed in many many business hotels, I’d happily stay again (but not in the summer - no air con).

Cons:

As with all these types of hotels in converted old buildings, everything is old and a little ‘quirky’, odd locations of power sockets, odd room shapes and suchlike. You can make it work (eg putting the kettle on the floor next to the power socket - room 7), just don’t expect modern design and functionality.

Cons:

Cena za wysoka jak na warunki.Pokój ogólnie stary, zdjęcia na portalu zakłamane nie odwzorowują rzeczywistości. Pokój okazał się być w piwnicy. Pokój rzekomo miał być z oknem natomiast strach było je otworzyć, za oknem zaniedbane budynki i krotko mówiąc "śmietnik". Ściana od strony łóżka pokryta wilgocią, pleśń też pewnie się znajdzie. Podłogi, a tak naprawdę wykładzina brudna i cala w plamach, łazienka tez stara. W pokoju była szafa która także była nieposprzątana. Nie otrzymałyśmy kluczyka do drzwi wejściowych ciagle trzeba było dzwonić i czekać na otwarcie. Generalnie personel zdawał się być cały czas na nasłuchu i kontrolujący. Ogólnie warunki bardzo słabe szczególnie ze mam alergie na pleśń i wilgoć. Co najlepsze opinii negatywnych jest bardzo mało co jest podejrzane.

A pleasant stay at Avonmore Hotel in London
Pros:

I had a brief but pleasant stay at Avonmore Hotel. The staff was professional and accommodating, the room and the public areas were very clean, warm, and comfortable. The hotel, which is part of a much larger and unique curved building with a marked presence in the area, has maintained its historic character. The location is outstanding, close to public transport and walkable to many points of interest as well as shops and restaurants. It's a convenient and pleasant area to stay in while visiting London.

Cons:

There are many steps to navigate - from street level to entrance, then up to the room, and to the bathroom within the room. It was not an issue for me personally (apart from needing to remember the substantial steps down when leaving the bathroom) but for those with mobility challenges it would be difficult to maneuver. A refresh with new carpet and paint would make the spaces more inviting and could be done in a way that maintains the historic character.

If you're after value for money - this is it.
Pros:

Super nice and helpful people, great location, rooms are modest, but for the price, you could not ask for more.
