Cons:

Almost non existent windows. Could hear all street noises. Some dodgy parking setup in neingbourhood, lorries parked over night, drivers bashing doors. Even smells passes through.
Someone parked camper in front of the hotel and used log burner at night! All the smoke entered our room through gaps in window frame.

Accettabile ma si può migliorare
Pros:

Posizione molto buona considerando le disponibilità ed i prezzi di Londra. La presenza di portineria h 24 è sicuramente apprezzabile. La fermata degli autobus 73 e 390 è molto vicina all'hotel e quindi rende molto comodi gli spostamenti verso il centro. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Nelle vicinanze ci sono comunque diversi locali, pub e negozi vari.

Cons:

La struttura è composta da ex appartamenti adattati a hotel. Manca un locale comune (la reception è un localino minuscolo che si affaccia direttamente sulle scale interne). Non c'è l'ascensore ma questo è chiaramente riportato nella descrizione della struttura. Non vi è la possibilità di avere la colazione in quanto non esistono locali comuni. Nella stanza è comunque presente un bollitore per farsi un tè o un caffè solubile. Le stanze vengono rifatte solo su richiesta specifica degli utilizzatori (abbiamo visto il cartello che lo indicava l'ultimo giorno del nostro soggiorno). Pulizia così così. La moquette della stanza era sollevata in alcuni punti.

Budget hotel in great location with lovely staff
Pros:

Good budget hotel in a lovely area of London, 5 mins walk from St Pancras international and at close proximity of many nice shops, restaurants and supermarkets, including a 24h Tesco express.

The rooms look like the pictures and, while they are not modern, they are clean. We stayed in a triple room on the ground floor (room 6) and have no complaints. It’s a 2 star hotel and looks like one.

The true highlight of our stay at this hotel was the staff, particularly Hossain, who was always very kind and helpful. We used the luggage storage service, which was perfectly safe.

L'emplacement

Cons:

Nous avons du changer d'hôtel car la chaudière s'est mise en rade le dimanche de Pâques. Le technicien avait été contacté mais même en changeant de chambre au dernière étage, il y a avait encore les bruits émis par la chaudière. Nous avons été relogé dans un second hôtel à proximité.

Pros:

I profited enormously from the late/24-hour check-in. The hotel was located in a quiet, yet central location for my trip. The room was exactly the size I needed for a one-night stay and good sleep. I remember the warmth in the reception and stairwell to welcome me as a I walked in and into my room.
