Cons:

They refused to store my bicycle indoors.They dont have a closed secure yard or parking. Said they have cameras outside as if that ever atopped thieves. I had everything stolen once from a 5* hotel in Florence. they also said they have 24/7 security guards and cameras..Police didnt even care. were pissed I even made them write a repor and said rhey wont waste time on this and forced me to weite thet the report is just for insurance claim. Needless to say, I canceled the booking before the deadline

Pros:

Отличный отель! Нам всё очень понравилось — чисто, уютно, персонал вежливый и внимательный. Номер комфортный, всё необходимое есть. Отдельно хочется отметить, что за такую невысокую цену качество действительно отличное. Соотношение цены и качества просто супер!

С удовольствием остановились бы здесь ещё раз. Однозначно рекомендую!

A very beautiful hotel with excellent facilities (except for the Wi-fi)

I really loved the design of the room and the hallway. Everything was stylish, elegant, and thoughtfully designed

Çok pratik giriş çıkış işlemleri oldukça hızlı, güvenli ve odalar kullanışlı.
Pros:

Tesisin konumu oldukça merkezi, ulaşım kolay. Otel oldukça konforlu ve temizdi.

Bon emplacement.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas 2 piscines dont 1 non payante comme indiqué dans la description 🤬 Si vous avez envie de vous il faut rajouter 25$ par personne 😱 Lamentable quand la piscine est mise en avant sur Booking.
Aussi les chambres ne sont pas faites si on ne le demande pas : c’est écrit en caractères 8 sur le mur derrière l’accueil mais ce n’est pas dit par le réceptionniste 😩

Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina in quanto è stato richiesto un pagamento di $25
