Schönes Touristenhotel am Rande der Altstadt
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, fußläufig (ca.10 -15 Minuten) zur Altstadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal, der Besitzer hat extra für uns einen deutschsprachigen Stadtführer organisiert. Ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen am Tisch serviert.

Cons:

Die Betten sind sehr hart.

Достойный отель. Персонал отличный👍
Pros:

Всё прекрасно. Впервые побывал в Бухаре по работе. Удалось прогуляться по городу. От отеля смог дойти до основных достопримечательностей. Очень понравилось. Персонал вежливый. Не забыли отдать чек и сдачу на следующий день. Напоминали про завтрак и кормили отменно🤌 обязательно приеду в Бухару ещё раз, но уже с женой и скорее всего остановлюсь тоже в Сулейман

Cons:

Был только 1 нюанс, это слабый нагрев горячей воды в душе. Предположу, что такая проблема может быть у всех отелей, в связи с энергопотреблением города, а так всё норм.

It was a beautiful and relaxing three days.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are tidy and clean, and the location is good, not far from the old city and you can walk there. The staff are nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Pros:

всё было очень классно, спасибо большое всей команде отеля за гостеприимность и помощь по любым вопросам, был в Бухаре первый раз и остался под большим впечатлением

отель находится в отличной локации, все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности, завтраки были очень вкусными и разнообразными, управляющий настолько заботится о своих гостях, что лично звонил и приглашал на завтрак!

если ещё раз соберусь в Бухару, точно знаю, где остановлюсь в следующий раз 🤝🏻🤍

Great team, perfect location, walking distance from the old city center. Amazing!
Pros:

I reached the hotel late evening, around 10 pm and there was a power cut in the entire city! Imagine! No electricity ! However, the team at the hotel, the receptionist and the other man in charge were very accommodating and tried their very best to make me feel comfortable! They even order food for me via their mobile application! We all sit outside as it was cooler than sitting in the room without AC.

The next day I had breakfast which was kindly prepared by the small team in the hotel. So personalised and so sweet of them to arrange everything as they did.

This is not a known brand, is not a 5 star hotel however, the warmth of the people and the way they handle their guests exceeded my expectations!

Well done team! In a world that expects so much from a hotel, and in which people complain about everything, you guys are amazing! Thank you very much for taking care of me as if I was your family!

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable, sizable room.

Cons:

The price shows excluding tax, but city tax is huge to the extent that we might not have expected. At least they should show the price including tax when the booking is finalized. If I had known about this tax, I would never have booked this hotel.

The bed is too hard, sleeping on the floor would be same
The water pressure in the bathroom is too low.
Everything is old
We booked for 3night, after the first night when we came back the evening we saw they didn’t clean the room, then we check out we was not ready to spend another night in this bed.
I rate 3just for the location
