zental gelegen, Preis-Leistung stimmt, sehr hellhörig
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral, man kann den Hafen mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Suveniershops, kleinen Supermärkten, Wasserausflugszielen und Spaziermeilen am Wasser und durch die Natur entlang in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Genauso die andere Seite Cala Agulla, wo es einen sehr schönen Strand gibt. Vom Verkehrsaufkommen um das Hotel herum ist es wirklich ruhig gelegen.
Der Poolbereich ist nicht allzu groß, aber entspannt, wir haben zur Hauptsaison jederzeit 2 freie Liegen bekommen und auch der Pool war nie völlig überfüllt.
Das Frühstück war nicht opurlent, aber es war alles in ausreichender Menge da und für jeden was dabei.
Der Barbereich war in unserer Anwesenheit nie überfüllt, es gibt eine Eistruhe aus der man sich jederzeit etwas herausnehmen konnte. Preise für Eis und Getränke sind absolut ok.
Das Personal war in Summe (Reinigungspersonal, Küche, Rezeption, Bar) sehr nett. Da das Hotel nicht so riesig ist, wirkt es recht persönlich.
Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, zur Hauptsaison "lebensrettend" ;-).
Das Preis-/Leisungsverhätnis stimmt hier.

Cons:

Es ist unglaublich hellhörig. Da das Gästealter zu 70 % eher aus 18 - 20 Jährigen bestand, die eher zum Party machen vor Ort waren, waren die
Nächte mitunter vom Geräuschpegel recht unruhig. Auch merkt man dem Hotel an Verschleiß und hier und da an Sauberkeit die hohe Gästefluktuation an vielen Stellen an. Wir waren vornehmlich nur zum Schlafen da und konnten uns in Summe, damit jedoch gut arrangieren.
Das Zimmer wird "nur" alle 2 Tage gereinigt, nach Strandtagen ungünstig, weil man doch immer etwas Sand mitschleppt, den man durch den Fliesenboden ständig weiter an den Füßen hat.
Es fehlte uns ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Safes befinden sich zentral neben der Rezeption, was grundsätzlich ok ist, aber mit Schlüsseln zu verschließen sind und nicht mit Nr.-Codes, den man dann immer irgendwo lagern oder mitschleppen muss und extra kostet. Genauso WLAN kostet extra, das es auch nur im Gemeinschaftsbereich (Bar-Poolbereich) gibt.
Dazu passt aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhätnis.

We loved everything and would come back! If some smaller updgrades are made, this could be easily a hotel deserving more
Pros:

Very well located, close to beach and city center, clean, nice staff, tasty breakfast, beautiful view from the terrace, AC. Loved everything!

Cons:

Although there is wifi in common spaces, you have to pay for wifi in your room. Also there are not enough umbrellas for the number of sunbeds at the pool, which would be great to have when the sun is hitting hard and could be dangerous to be directly exposed to the sun. I flagged this with the staff but they weren’t very accommodating.

Tapasztalat szerzésnek pont jó volt

Volt klíma.

Cons:

A szállással kapcsolatban elég sok minden nem volt megfelelő. Úgy gondolom, hogy ne foltosak legyenek a törölközők és az ágyneműk. A matracnak nem sok tartása volt. A fürdőszobához tartozó “ajtó” ha azt ajtónak lehet nevezni kritikán aluli, mert inkább csak egy térelválasztó üveg felület volt. A víznyomás nem volt valami túl erős.
Első éjjel ért minket egy kisebb meglepetés. Hajnali 1 óra körül arra ébredünk, hogy valaki éppen próbál bejutni a szobába. Ami végül sikerült is. Ráadásul úgy, hogy mi belülről benne hagytuk a kulcsot a zárban és természetesen be is volt zárva. 2 naponta volt a szobában takarítás egyik esetnél a takarító személyzetnek nem sikerült bezárni a szoba ajtót. Sajnos nem túl egyszerű az étkezésem. Előre írtam a szállásnak, hogy legyenek kedvesen biztosítani gluténmentes kenyeret legalább a reggelihez. Mikor megérkeztünk fogalmuk sem volt erről. Nagynehezen kisebb beszélgetés után mondták vesznek. Előre be volt osztva mennyit kapok minden nap.(viszonyítás alapján mondom, hogy máshol ebből nem csináltak ekkora ügyet) A reggeli nem volt változatos.
