Pros:

The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful (they booked a taxi for us at 5 in the morning). The hotel is very close to the Galaxy complex (actually it is part of the complex), so it's very close to all the restaurants, luxury shops and casino in that complex.

Cons:

The rooma was a bit old style but still pretty decent.

Nice hotel for a short stay with very good staff. Forget the buffet breakfast: very disappointing choices and quality.
Pros:

The room was very nice and the staff were very helpful. Broadway Food Street was very good.

Cons:

We didn’t opt for the breakfast option and we’re happy we didn’t. We tried it once and it was disappointing. Selection was poor: very few salad and fruit options and very few other choices, plus the quality was poor. Only one juice option and it was a sugary orange juice. The main options had to be selected from a chart and were limited. The only good thing was the coffee. Overall not recommended.

Hotel room was big and super clean, staff and service was excellent, view was amazing. I was surprized they upgraded my room to a very beautiful one.

Belle chambre mais trop loin de la desserte des shuttles bus gratuits.
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse
Chambre en excellente condition et de haute qualité

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé un canapé/lit pour faire dormir un enfant.
Le shuttle bus n'est plus situé au pied de l'hotel mais aux lobbys de l'autre l'hotel connecté Galaxy ( il faut 15/20 mins à pieds ).
Nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver l'hôtel ( si vous ratez le panneau après le long tapis roulant, il sera très difficile de trouver le chemin. Même le personnel du complexe hôtelier n'était pas clair ).
La piscine n'était pas disponible à nos dates.
Le bruit à travers le couloir.
