Pros:

Wir hatten sehr schöne 4 Urlaubstage in diesem herrlichen Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See. Die Küche ist hervorragend, das Zimmer war sehr schön. Vor allem fanden wir das sehr freundliche und auch deutsch sprachige Personal wunderbar.

Lage sehr gut. Am See und sehr zentral.
Frühstück war gut. Parkmöglichkeit war auch gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer gebucht. Leider hatte 1 Zimmer nur 1 Badewanne, ohne Dusch-Möglichkeit. Das heisst, kein Duschvorhang und auch keine Halterung an der Wand, um die Brause aufzuhängen. (ZIMMER 403!) Bei 32 Grad Aussen-Temperatur, bräuchte man dann schon mal eine Dusche abends... Bei einem Superior-Zimmer mit Seesicht für Fr. 350.-- pro Nacht ein No-go aus meiner Sicht. (Booking)
Alle anderen Zimmer hatten 1 Dusche, war ok. Bei Abreise dann auch an der Rezeption erwähnt, aber da hatte man mein Problem nicht verstanden. Sie meinte nur: "kam kein Wasser? "Und es hatte ja eine Badewanne oder? "Aber dass man bei 32 Grad Aussentemperatur (August) nicht unbedingt baden möchte, sondern duschen... da war kein Verständnis da.
Ja, ich weiss nicht, ob ich nochmals hierher komme. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht für mich "so"!

En perle i klassisk italiensk hotel. Lige som det skal være.
Pros:

Dejlig klassisk italiensk hotel. Fin stil hvide duge. Hvide stofservietter og placeret lige i brændpunktet i Cannobio. Meget opmærksom og diskret betjening. Lige som det skal være. Egentlig ønsker jeg ikke at anbefale det til nogen, da jeg helst vil have det for nig selv😄. Vi er kommet der jævnligt i 21 år nu.

Beliggenheten og stemningen på hotellet og rommene.

Cons:

Wifi nettverket var dårlig og ustabilt på rommet i 3.etg der vi bodde. Skulle gjerne hatt enklere løsning med dusjen.

super - vor allem mit meiner Begleitung, dafür könnt ihr zwar nichts - war trotzdem wunderschön.

Die Lage ist ein Traum.
Mitarbeitende sind super freundlich und aufmerksam

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeiten ein Handtuch oder Ähnliches im Badezimmer aufzuhängen. Es fehlen einfach ein paar Haken.

The beds were very poor quality and decorated many years ago. Everything thing you touched was poor quality. Paying top money for the location. It has so much to offer not worth the money
