Pros:

Chill, room was so clean but bathroom we share with others, sometimes it was dirty but its not problem from the host.

Pros:

Endroit calme, réservé seulement 3h avant notre arrivée. Ce n'est pas du grand luxe mais on ne peut pas se plaindre vu son prix. Un élément embêtant pour les personnes qui doivent aller aux toilettes pendant la nuit, les WC sont en bas.

Cons:

Les installations électriques avec des rallonges partout branchés sur UNE SEULE PRISE me font peur, et je suis électricien. Si le contrôleur passe, il obligera à refaire toute l'installation.
A la salle de bain, un luminaire avec 2 tubes néon dont un qui ne fonctionnait pas du tout et l'autre en fin de vie qu'il fallait allumer 4-5 fois avant qu'il accepte de donner de la lumière ! Un tube néon ne coûte pas si cher...

The shared bathroom and kitchen are often dirty, and the owner should have checked them more frequently and assigned someone for regular cleaning and organisation. Additionally, the only toilet is located on the ground floor.
There are issues with odours and worn-out pillows, indicating that there is still a lot of work to be done. The lighting and furnishings in the room were unappealing and lacked generosity. There is no air conditioning, and the windows lack insect screens.
Neither the owner nor the caretaker speaks English.
Overall, it isn't cost-effective unless you have no other options available.
