Ввести борьбу с мухами ! Качественнее убирать в номерах
Pros:

Очень красивое место! Близко к аэропорту , первая линия , лес горы , красивая территория отеля

Cons:

Очень грязно в номерах ! Пол не мыли наверное с открытия отеля !
Нас не поселили в 14:00, обосновали это тем , что ваш номер еще убирают , в итоге нас попросили подождать еще 15 минут , потом еще 10 минут , в итоге в номере грязь везде
Попросили одеяло в номер , привезти и одеяло грязное и пододеяльник
Персонал не вежливый , орут , злые
Много мух ,с ними никто не борется никак
Чайки воруют еду со столов

Вполне приемлимый отель за свою стоимость
Pros:

Красивая природа вокруг. Красивая ухоженная территория. Много зелени. Красивые бассейны. Отремонтированные номера.
Новые шезлонги.

Cons:

Ужасная зона ресепшен. Совершенно не соответствует отелю. Первое впечатление - полное разочарование.
Когда приехали, один из работников на ресепшен вообще был одет в спортивный костюм…
Плюс жуткий ароматизатор, которым, наверное, пытаются прикрыть запах канализации( не знаю, как работники выдерживают там целый день.

В целом, на дня 4 отлично, но больше делать как-будто нечего.
Pros:

Отель безумно красивый! Природа вокруг невероятная. Территория большая и очень чистая, народ не ощущается. Море замечательное! Большое количество лежаков у пляжа и бассейнов. В любое время можно найти место. Номера хорошие, кровать очень удобная.

Cons:

Но отметили и минусы :
1 Еда на 4-. Голодным не останешься, но и восторга не было.
2 Редко делали вкусные коктейли, импорта такое чувство, что нет.
3 Нам показалось, что нет души у отеля. Красиво - да, но вернуться нет желания.
4 Практически нет анимации.
5 По всюду летают осы, а в номере муравьи.

Anlage optisch top, der Rest Flop!
Pros:

Pool sehr schön! Sehr schön angelegt auch die Stege zum Meer! Es hatte ein wenig „ Thailand Vibes“.
Frühstück war gut, Mittagessen in den à la Card Restaurants auch. Cocktails ebenso. Hier wird nur originaler Alkohol verwendet. Foodcorner war lecker!

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Ob Rezeption, im Restaurant oder an der Bar. Ein Lachen hat dort niemand auf der Lippe.
In unserem Zimmer in der Dusche gab es einen Wasserschaden an der Decke. Wir haben das Personal mehrmals drauf hingewiesen, uns wurde nicht geholfen.
Das Abendessen war wirklich schlecht. Es war sehr viel Auswahl, aber es hat nicht geschmeckt. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass das Essen eher für die russischen Gäste angepasst wurde, da es in dem Hotel kaum deutsche Gäste gab.
In unserem Aufenthalt haben wir keine einzigen deutsche Gäste getroffen. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir uns dafür nicht entschieden. Überall würde man auf russisch angesprochen. Ich erwarte nicht, dass deutsch gesprochen wird, aber Englisch wird doch wohl möglich sein. Dies ist eine Fehlanzeige in dem Hotel.
Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir waren froh, dass wir nur 3 Nächte dort waren. Dieses Hotel entspricht nicht dem Türkei Standard. Das war wirklich sehr schade!

Not all stuff speaks English, massage was very bad for $100. And rumor has it that for every person the price is different, so somebody paid $60 for the same service that feels not nice.

Pros:

Very clean, beautiful and peaceful hotel area. Staff was helpful and very polite. Food was delicious and displayed beautifully. Clean and warm hotel pools, animation team and events were interesting and well done.

Cons:

Staff could talk a little bit more English besides Russian

Pros:

Территория при отеле очень красивая, мест где можно сделать красивые фото настолько много что кругом голова идет, очень все чисто, прям вылизано, в комнатах убирают каждый день, складывают твои вещи настолько аккуратно на место что не возникает возмущения что их трогал кто-то посторонний, еда вкусная, сезонные фрукты есть постоянно, лежаков у бассейнов хватает, интернет по всей территории отеля, развлечения весь день, с утра можно позаниматься йогой, а вечером ждёт выступление(каждый день что-то новое), недалеко есть рынок где можно взять сладости, а также остановка чтобы доехать до рынка в Кемере. Персонал отзывчивый и приветливый, посоветует где лучше что купить, куда поехать. А также нам повысили тип номера, что было приятным сюрпризом.

есть ли желание вернуться в этот отель? Однозначно ДА!

Cons:

К сожалению пляж каменистый, если не надеть тапочки можно все ноги поколоть, но есть 2 пирса что спасает ситуацию ( в будущем конечно хотелось бы чтобы почистили пляж от камней)

Останавливались в этом отеле и остались очень довольны! Отличное расположение, чистые и уютные номера, внимательный и доброжелательный персонал, особенно хочу отметить девушку на ресепшен Жулдыз (Спасибо ей огромное за прекрасное размещение в отеле с учетом всех наших пожеланий). Атмосфера спокойная, чувствовали себя комфортно на протяжении всего отдыха. Единственный момент, который немного огорчил – питание, хотелось бы больше разнообразия и качества в меню. Но в остальном впечатления самые положительные, отель можно смело рекомендовать!

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Food
Pros:

Great food, friendly staff, a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, and professional shows. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

I didn’t give a 10 only because of the à la carte breakfast. They didn’t bring salmon or meat even though it was shown in the breakfast picture, probably because we went at the end and they had run out. The Greek restaurant was also a bit disappointing. However, the Turkish and main restaurants were really excellent
