Fabulous
Pros:

Gorgeous decor. Bed was comfy. Hazel was an excellent host. We only had a brief stay but would gladly stay again.

Cons:

Wasn't anything we didn't like but if I had to be picky, the loo was across the hall. Not inconvenient, just if we had to say a negative, that is it.

Rooms with a different
Pros:

Great place to stay. Located in middle of town. Room was excellent. We stayed in the Elephant room, decor was in keeping with the rooms name😁. Hazel was lovely and the locals in the bar were all very friendly. Great range of beers in the bar🍻 . We will stay again when in Upton. 👍

Fabulous - would recommend. Great value for money.
Pros:

Lovely clean and well equipped room. Great location and very friendly and welcoming host. Nice little gift on arrival, fresh milk and water in the fridge.

Cons:

It was great - the only suggestion would be a dressing table and maybe less drawers. The mirror was too high for my partner to do hair/makeup and not much surface space in the bathroom.

Would highly recommend
Pros:

Fantastic location. Hazel was so helpful. The room was big and had a lovely seating area in the bay window where you can sit and watch the world go by. Would recommend going into the bar downstairs for a drink. The bar closed at 10pm so no problems with noise. We hope to return.

Funky place with a warm welcome
Pros:

Hazel gave us a great welcome. The room was fabbie. The little touches for good coffee etc in the room was a really nice touch.
Funky vibes and would return

Cons:

I saw there was an ensuite in the room pictures. It was not clear to me that the toilet was shared and out on the landing. I would definitely go back but only if another room had a full ensuite. This would be my responsibility to read and check thoroughly the detail not what pictures suggested.

Amazing quirky and comfortable place
Pros:

Lovely room with quirky and gorgeous decor. Spotlessly clean. Very good coffee and some nice little unexpected touches such as a jar of chocolates.
. Unfortunately I couldn't sample the ciders as there was a 'club' night on but that gives me a reason to return 😁

Pros:

Very comfy and quirky. Lived the little touches like free tea cakes and very warm welcome.

Cons:

The front room is on the high street and only has a shower and sink in the en suite - the loo is across the landing. Back bedroom has full enormous bathroom and is quieter.

Malvern Spring Show
Pros:

There was a lovely feel to the place. Stayed in Elephant in the room. Lovely room. En suite.One of the comfiest beds ever stayed in. Really good choice of craft beers in small bar. Only 2 rooms at property. Aware other room has separate toilet across landing which was in the description about property. Other people who stayed at the property obviously didn't read this. Will definitely be staying again, hopefully for yge Malvern Autumn Show.
