Beautifully built with committed staff, but dated and needing refurbishment.
Pros:

The location was good and the hotel has been built beautifully. The staff, although limited was committed and tried their best. Anand, an exceptional staff member, was everywhere!

Cons:

The room and bathroom are dated, and is badly in need of repair and refurbishment. Shower didn't work properly. Doesn't look like the owners have invested in maintaining the property sufficiently.

Disappointing Experience - Unreachable Reception and Poor Signage
Cons:

We had an extremely difficult time finding the hotel entrance. There was only one sign at the entrance from the main road, which wasn't very helpful. Once we parked, we had to climb an excessive number of stairs to reach the reception. Unfortunately, when we finally got there, no one was at the reception desk, despite the hotel advertising a 24/7 reception service. We called out and walked around, but there was no staff to be found. We also tried contacting the hotel via phone and the Booking.com messaging function, but received no response.

This all happened at 6:40 PM, so it wasn’t late in the evening. Given the circumstances, we had no choice but to book a new accommodation and drive an additional 30 minutes to get there. Overall, a very frustrating experience, and we would not recommend this hotel to others.

Very special place
Pros:

This wasn't our first stay, so we obviouly like this place. The manager Anand couldn't have been kinder. He looked after us like super VIPs. He was everywhere making sure that we were fine. A big thank you to him. We forgot a swim suit and he offered to send it by courier service to our next hotel, which he did. The hotel itself is small and not for everyone. The rooms needs a complete rework - they don't do this place justice. They are in a poor state. But the location is incredible and I hope, this will never change - please never cut ANY of the trees! This is the biggest asset- the jungle and all its noises, the beautiful light filtering through the canopy.

Cons:

No comfortable pool furniture, so using the pool is not really possible unless you like sitting on an upright metal chair - mind you, those chairs are of beautiful design

Excellent
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Locations is superb. Please consider to build concrete edges on the sides of the culvert on the road to the hotel. This is crucial for safety.

Cons:

Day light bulbs in side rooms are not appropriate to create a good ambiance. Those should be warm whites. Wardrobe should be changed to a new one .
