I found Northern Motel through Meta AI's recommendation and managed to get a great deal, especially considering it was a long weekend in Ontario. I booked a room for myself for two nights, and the location turned out to be very convenient for exploring Sault Ste. Marie. It was easy to reach the waterfront, restaurants, and other nearby amenities.

The owner, who is originally from Gujarat, India, is an extremely courteous and thoughtful gentleman. He personally called to confirm my arrival, informed me about the forecast for rain and thunderstorms, and wished me a safe drive. Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick, smooth, and welcoming.

My room was on the ground floor with parking conveniently located right outside the door. The room was spotless, well maintained, and had a clean, modern bathroom. It was equipped with everything I needed, including Wi-Fi, TV, a refrigerator, microwave, a coffee maker, and air conditioning.

What impressed me most was the genuine hospitality. Small gestures like following up before my arrival and sharing the weather update made the stay feel more personal and welcoming.

Overall, my stay was good and have no complaints whatsoever. Combined with the fair pricing, cleanliness, convenient location, and good hospitality. To me, Northern Motel offers outstanding value for money and I recommend this place to anyone visiting Sault Ste. Marie for a night or two.
