It has its pros and cons,good because it’s close to VFS, but not so good because it’s quite noisy.
Pros:

The location is very convenient, especially if you have an appointment at VFS. It’s within walking distance of both VFS and Ayala Mall, making it an ideal place to stay or visit.

Cons:

The location seems to be in a residential area, I guess. It’s quite noisy I can hear people talking outside along the street, as well as motorcycles. Even at midnight and around 3 a.m., the motorcycle noise wakes me up.

Pros:

Location, walking distance to the mall and visa center

Cons:

During my stay, the room assigned to me smells like molds (no ventilation). I think its good if there is dehumidifier.

Friendly intern staff

Cons:

No chairs in the room, ceiling beam not suitable for people above 5'3 in height...not all room have same amenities. The steps in the stairs ,the height is a bit high. You can only use the elevator when you check-in. OVER ALL NOT SUITABLE FOR TALL PEOPLE.
