レストランでのチップは、カードでの支払の際に、自分で金額を入力してお渡しできたので、事前に小銭を準備する必要が無く便利でした。 I used the metro to get around, and the hotel's proximity to the station made traveling very convenient. The restaurant was lively and seemed to be a popular local spot; the food was also delicious. When paying by card at the restaurant, I could input the tip amount myself, which was very handy as I didn't need to prepare any small change in advance.
朝7時ごろチェックアウトしようとしたら、受付に従業員がおらず、一度客室に戻り、フロント宛の電話をしたけれど不在でした。もう一度フロントに戻って大声を出したところ、ようやく姿を現したのでチェックアウトが予定より少し遅れました。
前日のうちに、チェックアウトの予定時間を伝えておいた方が良かったかもしれません。 When I tried to check out around 7:00 AM, there was no one at the front desk. I went back to my room and tried calling the reception, but there was no answer. I returned to the desk and had to call out loudly before a staff member finally appeared, which caused a slight delay in my departure. It might have been better to inform them of my checkout time the night before.
Easy check in
Parking cleanliness is the worst. Place stunk
We were a mother and daughter from the U.K. felt safe in the hotel. It is a family hotel lots of other families. staff helpful but not much English spoken but we managed. Very good value for money. Only problem was not much hot water after the first night. No twin rooms but they made up a sofa bed and we ended up with a suite! It is a hotel attached to a restaurant and function rooms.
