Pros:

Micul dejun foarte bun, paturi confortabile, liniște pe partea cu muntele

Cons:

În primul rand abordarea tipic românească fata de clienți la micul dejun. La ora inchiderii, 10 30, nu te mai lasă să folosești aparatul de cafea sau apa. S-a apucat o doamna sa le curete la 10 30 fix. E de înțeles sa stranga mancarea, dar dacă mai lași 10 min acces la espressor, nu poate fi decât o dovada de bunavointa fata de clienți.
Camerele sunt foarte mici, spa ul nu este încă funcțional, doar piscina e deschisa.

Micul dejun a fost diversificat , insa atmosfera f obositoare, aglomeratie
Amplasamentul in apropierea telecabinei - interes pt.schi

Cons:

In cadrul spa - piscina, zona de jacuzzi nu functiona desi aparuse la servicii in momentul platii
Acces fara lift in zona piscinei, pe o scara ingusta, dificil pentru copii- inacceptabil!!!
Camera mica (dubla), stil ff cazon
Lipsa unui acces pentru schiori- depozitare schiuri, clapari, etc
Lipsa mini bar organizat, cu heater pt ceai
Pentru toate aceste lipsuri, pretul a fost mare!

Pros:

Mic dejun variat, placinte si prajituri de casa delicioase.

Cons:

Desi hotelul se afla in fata telecabinei, nu exista camera pentru echipamentul de schi. Poti lasa schiurile si claparii la receptie dar daca vrei sa te echipezi sau dezechipezi ti se atrage atentia ca nu ai voie cu claparii in interior, adica ar trebui sa te incalti si descalti la intrarea in hotel si sa mergi pana la recetie in sosete.
