Pros:

Mic dejun variat, placinte si prajituri de casa delicioase.

Cons:

Desi hotelul se afla in fata telecabinei, nu exista camera pentru echipamentul de schi. Poti lasa schiurile si claparii la receptie dar daca vrei sa te echipezi sau dezechipezi ti se atrage atentia ca nu ai voie cu claparii in interior, adica ar trebui sa te incalti si descalti la intrarea in hotel si sa mergi pana la recetie in sosete.

Mini-vacanță cu familia !!!
Pros:

Curățenia din cameră a fost conform așteptărilor, zona de spa chiar dacă spa-ul nu era în totalitate funcțional datorită unor renovări dar este funcțională piscina a fost peste așteptări aș putea spune chiar aproape de categoria unui hotel de 5 stele !!!

Cons:

Nu mi-a plăcut patul din cameră, aveai impresia uneori că în timpul somnului vei cădea din el datorită faptului că are un toper peste 2 paturi single ceea ce îl dezavantajează. Micul dejun nu a fost chiar atât de bogat precum așteptările pe care le aveam dat fiind faptul că am fost cazat și la hotelul Sinaia unde cei de acolo nu au condițiile de aici dar în privința mâncării sunt peste cei de aici !!!!

Pros:

would stay again. Hotel was clean and very pleaseent

Cons:

Some disappointing nights. 2 out of 8 nights we were kept awake at early hours of morning.
Corridor outside room was v noisy at early hours in the morning (like 2am - 3am) twice and people were in halls drinking. Called reception - security asked them to be quiet.!! did not ask them to leave - had to call 3 times for them to eventually be told to leave the corridor.

Disappointed charged a late check in and late check out charges and only given 10 mins to leave although paid full amount for late check out.

Un hotel cu servicii foarte bune si amplasat perfect.
Pros:

Micul dejun a fost extraordinar,foarte variat, iar cafeaua(care la majoritatea hotelurilor nu este deloc buna) foarte buna,mai exact Julius Meinl. Seara la restaurantul japonez BENIHANA o recomand tuturor,nu numai oaspetilor hotellului,bucatarii fac un spectacol atat vizual,cat si culinar.

Cons:

Poate camera sa fie un pic mai mare,dar sunt destul de ok si dimensiunile actuale.In rest am numai lucruri bune de spus personal foarte bun,servicii foarte bune.

Relaxant și confortabil
Pros:

Piscină mare și curată, mâncarea de la restaurantele hotelului și personalul extrem de amabil. Micul dejun cu produse de calitate și o stație pentru omleta proaspătă pe care am apreciat-o în mod deosebit. Apa plata din partea hotelului la sosire.

Cons:

Mocheta din camera nu era foarte bine aspirată și la marginea patului erau urme de chipsuri. Pe perioada sejurului(2 nopți) nu s-a făcut curățenie în nicio zi și a trebuit să solicităm la recepția hotelului gel de duș și hârtie igienica. Sugestie pentru viitor: accesul către piscină să nu se mai facă prin holul central fiindcă era destul de răcoare

Sejur ok
Pros:

Locatia este central, ne-a placut ca au piscina interioara incalzita, prosoape pe care le poti lua pentru piscina, mic dejun variat, mancare buna

Cons:

Am facut check-in-ul la ora 16:30. In momentul in care eram in receptie, erau foarte multi oameni care asteptau de mai multe ore si nici pana la acea ora nu era camera gata. Ca sa mergi la piscina trebuie sa treci prin receptie (in halat). La check-out a trebuit sa platim parcarea 40 de lei(pe zi), plus taxa de salvamont 18 lei…
In plus, camerele sunt foarte mici.
