We booked our stay in advance and planned to pay in cash upon arrival. However, when we arrived, the hotel informed us that no room was available due to “technical issues.” The explanation did not seem credible, and it was clear there was likely another reason behind the cancellation. As a result, we were left scrambling to find alternative accommodation at the very last minute, which was extremely stressful and inconvenient.

Attenzione, attenzione non prenotare mai questo hotel. Hanno l'abitudine di chiamarti la mattina stessa del tuo arrivo dicendoti che la prenotazione è annullata per motivi tecnici. Arrivati alla reception, non c'è nessuno. Devi chiamare il numero dell'hotel e arriva un ragazzino che a sua volta telefona a un suo amico che con la sua auto ti porta in una specie di alberghetto più lontano dal centro. Qui ci sistema in una stanza e vuole essere subito pagato per l'intera settimana. Siccome era tardi non avevamo alternative. Meno male che avevamo euro in contanti altrimenti ci avrebbe sbattuto fuori. Abbiamo pagato la stessa cifra senza la colazione promessa e con il bagno in comune! Siccome leggo che è quasi abitudine comportarsi così, chiedo a Booking di prendere provvedimenti verso il Friendly e cancellarlo daila piattaforma.

Однозначно рекомендую, останетесь довольные.
Pros:

Вежливый отзывчивый русскоговорящий персонал, очень добрые ребята. Бесплатный интернет, номер чистый, аккуратный, свежие полотенца, одноразовые тапочки и зубной набор. Вкусный завтрак в ланч-боксе всегда меня ждал утром.
Отличная локация, в пешей доступности площадь Республики 10 минут.

Cons:

Только положительные впечатления, приезжаю второй раз.

Оплачивал номер с завтраком. Завтраков по факту не было. Был контакт, который сказал звонить в любое время. В итоге на звонки, сообщения не отвечал, завтраком не накормили. С утра уехал грустный и голодный (

Pros:

В шаговой доступности супермаркеты, фуд-корты. До центра пешком не очень далеко идти. Кровать большая, удобная.

Cons:

Грязные стулья, шторы, стены, потолок, пол в ванной комнате. Дверь в номер с пропускающими свет стеклами - свет из коридора заходит в комнату. Нет москитной сетки. Напротив школа танцев с громкой музыкой весь день. В душе сломан держатель, а между кафельными плитками кое-где есть щели, и оттуда вырос настоящий гриб!
