Ideal Location
Situated in Liverpool’s Business District, attractions like Albert Dock and Liverpool One are within walking distance. While we don't offer parking, a car park is conveniently located next door. Book your stay at Merchant Quarters Apartments for a memorable experience!

Important information:

The apartments only accept guests aged 25 or over. Proof of age (copy of ID) will be required on the day of making the reservation.

Children are allowed when staying with their family. Please provide the property with a date of birth in the comments section when booking otherwise the reservation may be canceled.

Check-in instructions: please indicate your estimated time of arrival when booking and check-in details will be sent to you.

Credit card details are required as a security bond and may be used to cover any damage or breakage.

Deposit will be required on the discretion of the hotel.

When booking 2 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

We do not offer parking. Multi story parking is available next door at Liverpool Waters Car Park.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Ok for one night.
Pros:

The television and cooker

Cons:

No hot water for a bath, uncomfortable bed, blinds aren’t fit for purpose. Check in details didn’t arrive until 3.45pm, despite 3pm check.

Balcony no privacy at all gangs of lads next apartment partying all night out on balcony, we came for a break didn’t one bit of piece all night ! + tiny 2 seater couch to sit on, place could do with a revamp

Pros:

The location was nice by the docks. The apartment was clean and spacious.

Cons:

Finding the apartment was very difficult it was hidden behind a hotel and there was very little signage. I didn't receive and key code until I rang when we had found the apartment. The code for the key box I was given was incorrect. The roller blinds in both bedrooms were defective. There was gaffer tape around the base of the shower, which didn't make it waterproof. There was no access to the outside balcony if we had wanted to use it.

Good value for money and a nice place
Pros:

Clean and spacious apartment
Excellent location for getting to Anfield and you can see Everton's ground from the balcony. Comfortable bed
Good communication with the property re: finding the place and entry in the flat

Cons:

Everything was great and as advertised - my only thought would be to put some furniture on the balcony

Very enjoyable, quiet and great location.
Pros:

Great location for working on the Merseyrail network. Working Nights was easy as well due the apartment being so quiet.

Cons:

Wifi was difficult to access. No information in the aprtment had to contact staff. Wifi list was initially out of date as well but the staff member worked through the issue and really helped.
Batteries in the TV remote were corroded when checked after being unable to turn the TV on. Requested replacements.

it was fine, great location.
Pros:

The apartment was very spacious. The view was of the city but mainly the car park opposite. Lovely outdoor terrace.

Cons:

the apartment smelt overtly of air freshner and we realised that the rooms couldn't be aired as the only window was the door to the terrace. The wi-fi was awful and so we ended up going to the hotel next door to work - which defeated the object of staying in an apartment.
