Como siempre el personal amable, habitación limpia y en área tranquila. Ya tenía colocada la almohada extra que había solicitado.

Es como la cuarta vez que me colocan sábanas para arroparme pequeña, o muy desgastadas en estado de descarte. He hecho la observación a las recepcionistas pero esto continua. Por último, el control de la tv no funcionaba y la Recepcionista de la madrugada me contestó que ella no podía resolverlo y que tenía que esperar hasta el día siguiente lo cual para mi, es inaceptable. Bajé con el control y encontré a la recepcionista sentada en la sala amenamente conversando con otros 2 caballeros. Le indiqué que me cambie las baterías del control y me indica que tampoco tenía. Me dio el control de la 411 y yo mismo subí a ver como resolvía. Cambie las baterías, conecté la tv en otro toma corrientes y pude resolver. Es importante que los propietarios de este Hotel tengan un plan de contingencia para ciertos casos como dejarle a la Recepción unas baterías, toallas, papel higiénico, jabones y sábanas de repuestos para asistir a los huéspedes en caso de alguna eventualidad e incluso un control remoto genérico que funcione con cualquier tipo de tv.

Cons:

Mas instalaciones son antiguas, lindas pero les falta un poco de mantenimiento. El barrio no es lindo ni tan bueno.
