The receptionist listened to my 6 year waffle on and was very enthusiastic about what he was saying. She even gave him a teddy keyring with a majestic tshirt which absolutely made his holiday

I don't get the chance to get away much and your hotel and staff are amazing

Disappointing for the price but just adequate.

The room was fine. Shower was just ok

Cons:

The food in the bar for two of the four of us was bad. The breakfast was a shambles. I waited 35 minutes for my order and then what arrived was not what I ordered. The service was totally disorganised with no one in charge.
