Nice hotel, great location, brilliant receptionist
Pros:

The location was brilliant, we were able to walk everywhere, the receptionist Geraldine was amazing so friendly and helpful, seeded like nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

We went to have food in the bar but it was full, at the time but we weren't offered an alternative time, also on the morning of breakfast we were told we could sit anywhere which was fine but when we were seated we saw other tables had an alternative menu - eggs royal, eggs benedict that kind of thing - but we were never offered the alternative menu, also the plates for the hot food were over by the porridge not near the hot food at all, and nobody that was in front or behind us knew the plates were there, only small things but still need to be mentioned

Pros:

Travelled with a juvenile basketball club - 22 people. Every single person was delighted with the hotel.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel staff are so nice we arrived for a 2 night stay it was my daughters birthday and staff new and when we came back to our room they had left nice treats for her thank you so much she was so happy
