Great location really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Very relaxing, love the decor and nice music playing in the lobby. Stuff were very friendly.

Cons:

No leisure facilities on site and there was a fee to use pool across the road

I only stayed because of the location and to have a support point as I travel with an autistic child
Pros:

I had better breakfast in 2 and 3 star hotels. Not many options, juice from concentrated was a heartburn straightaway. Not many options of cereal, no fruits, huge room but people squeezed on top of each other on the small tables, no selection of cheese/ham etc. Very poor.

Cons:

Shower has no pressure. It took hours to have a shower. Room had no space to circulate with a family of 4.
I had to go to the reception during the night, there was nobody there, until I heard a voice from the dark corner. Very Bizarre. No spoons in the room to mix the coffee if you put sugar on it. Few details that a 4* missed a lot.

The room was stifling hot but of course it was during the hot summer. Maybe some air conditioning or even a fan would have helped

Satisfactory but food poor.
Pros:

Clean room and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Food was poor, breakfast not tasty and the pastries were not put out until very late, about 45minutes after we arrived in the breakfast room and were on our way out. The plates and bowl were not removed from the table when we had finished with them, which is the norm. It was very quiet in the hotel as it was midweek and there were staff around so this was surprising.

Pros:

I like the atmosphere in the hotel.relaxing music-specially in the front room with cosy chairs.

Cons:

Noise from shutting door by cleaners every 1-2 mins between 3 and 5 pm on Saturday.

Pros:

Myself and my mam stayed for two nights..I asked for prosecco and 7 up and a birthday plate for the room as a surprise for my mam for her birthday.I took a video as we were entering the room..she was blown away..she cried happy tears..ha..the room was fab and the views from the balcony..staff were amazing..so friendly and helpful..and oh my god the food was absolutely amazing.. we have booked in again for the same time next year and we are bringing two more people with us..we cannot wait. Thank up again for everything.❤️
