Pros:

The location was perfect very quite in the room at night the food was lovely. Staff were fab. Place was spotless. Breakfast was fab 👌

Cons:

If I had to pick something it would be the shower. You've to operate it through the taps and if the cold pressure went low then it was crazy hot and ive two small children. They could really be updated

Pros:

Staff very helpful and almost moved mountains to help us. We have a young autistic boy and traveling with him is quite stressful but the hotel did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The hotel itself is in parts a bit rough around the edges otherwise ideal for 1-2 night stay

Cons:

Dirty worn carpets on the way up to the first floor.

Pleasant and relaxing stay
Pros:

We come back to Tramore and the Majestic Hotel every year, and each visit is a wonderful experience. This time, we received a welcome plate with dessert and a jelly pack, which was a lovely gesture. We really appreciated it and felt extra welcome.
The bed was very comfortable, and we noticed that the hotel continues to improve every year. The staff at breakfast were very attentive and responsive, making the experience even more enjoyable.
We always enjoy our stay and look forward to coming back again.

Cons:

The shower is the weakest point of the room. The water pressure is not very strong, and it was difficult to adjust the water to the right temperature. It was hard to find the right balance between hot and cold water, which was especially inconvenient when travelling with kids.
The separate hot and cold taps are also difficult to use, particularly for children. I hope they will be replaced or upgraded in the future.
