Pros:

This is my second visit to this property, and I am equally satisfied with service and comfort. The room was very clean, with balcony and calming sea view and all listed amenities. Location is great, because you can use public bus service to reach any part of the city form the station nearby. We came by car but did not use it during the time we spent in Dubrovnik. Breakfast was very good. Special thanks to female receptionist and restaurant staff on their hospitality and kindness. I would stay there again, for sure.

A lovely hotel to use as a base to explore a beautiful city.
Pros:

My elderly Mother and I had a wonderful stay at the Berkeley. The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Anja and Maria in particular. My apologies for forgetting the name of the lovely lady at breakfast too. It was a 5min walk to get to the bus stop and 10 mins to the bus station. I would definitely return to this hotel and will be recommending it to my friends.

Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

We only stayed for one night but Dubrovnik is an amazing city and we wished we had longer to explore
Pros:

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The location was perfectly situated close to the port that our boat was leaving from. Breakfast had a nice assortment of breads, juices, meats, cheeses, yogurt and cereals, 2 kinds of eggs, beautiful desserts but the star was the cappuccinos! Their barista was excellent!

Cons:

The bath towels were hard and scratchy, which surprised me. I guess I’m used to hotels with soft, fluffy, plush towels.
