During our stay at the hotel, we were truly impressed by the outstanding level of service. The staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Their friendliness made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Everything was well organized, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, professionalism, and excellent hospitality.

Pros:

The staff member at the front desk was so lovely. She always had a smile on her face and always greeted us. It was a short walk to the waterfront which had amazing views. The rooms were clean and it was just what was needed for our 2 night stay.

Very clean comfortable room, Duvet covers, excellent breakfast, free parking, great services, wonderful personal, especially Ms.Elma was spectacular majestic lady,she is so polite,thoughtful,very kind hospitality helpfully always warm she has got wonderful personality

Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast and nice staff near the bus station
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, a very nice room, and a very tasteful breakfast. Hotel is situated a short walk from the bus station and city bus no 8 stops just outside and takes you to old town, otherwiase a 2 kilometre walk up and down. I did not check the pool area, but I think there is a pool for summertime. Price level maybe high, but also due to the touristic area I suppose. However, worth the price.

Udaljenost od centra, manji izbor za dorucak (mesni proizvodi-ukoliko iskljucimo svinjski program). Kolaci odlicni.

Pros:

Čisto i uredno. Parking u garaži unutar objekta. A prije svega ljubaznost osoblja na recepciji i u restoranu. Autobusno stajaliste odmah kod hotela ( preporuka za prijevoz prema starom gradu dobivena na recepciji- hvala na tom). Preporuka svakako!
