Pros:

Готель був новим та смачні сніданки

Cons:

Персонал поводився дуже зверхньо та в першу ніч увірвалися в наший номер в ночі , а після цього нас хотіли виселити. Загалом, персонал був не професійним та зухвалим , саме це зіпсувало враження

A stunningly beautiful city and very friendly people.
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and gave useful advice on places to visit. Although out of the main city we walked in every day. Buses are available on a regular basis we just prefer to walk.

Cons:

Not so much didn't like but not a great choice of restaurants however the ones we used were great. Again buses available to go into Dubrovnik but ww chose to stay local.

Location was good and staff were very pleasant and helpful
Pros:

Breakfast was very good containing everything you would expect from cooked items to breads, fruit and cereals.
Location was a short walk to the bus station with regular buses into the city.

Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, hotel is located close to the new port and bus station

Mooie locatie voor wandeling in het oude dubrovnik.

Het putje in de badkamer stonk een beetje.

Confortável, mas distante do centro histórico.
Pros:

Quarto confortável, da possibilidade de usar o restaurante para conversar, das mesinhas no lado de fora, da possibilidade de guardar as malas até a hora de partir, do elevador e do café da manhã. Bem variado. E fornecimento de robe e chinelos.

Cons:

O banheiro tinha um box sem porta, molhando o chão. No quarto do nosso amigo ele encontrou fios de cabelos pretos e longos no cinto do robe após a limpeza do quarto. Ele não quis reclamar porque ficou constrangido. E é muito distante do centro histórico para quem prefere caminhar.
