So privileged to have stayed at the Berkeley Hotel!
Pros:

We caught the ferry from Kotor (Montenegro) to Dubrovnik (Croatia) which gets in late at 20:30 & we wanted to find a hotel that was easy to walk to from the port. How lucky were we that we found the Berkeley Hotel!
We had 2 big suitcases & found it very easy to get there by foot (5 minutes tops after passport control), there was a slight hill, but nothing hectic on any level. When we checked in, we asked the lovely lady at the front desk if we could have a later check out & she was more than happy to help us.
We had stayed in Dubrovnik old town on a previous trip & found it very busy & loud, so finding the Berkeley Hotel with its great location to the waterfront, local restaurants & supermarkets on your doorstep such a pleasure. We caught a quick Uber to old town in the morning & were back from the hustle & bustle a few hours later. The hotel also has a great pool to cool off in. We will definitely return to the Berkeley Hotel should we find ourselves back in Dubrovnik.

Albergo moderno e funzionale fuori dal caos della Old Town.
Pros:

Albergo moderno e funzionale ubicato a Gruz, il porto commerciale di Dubrovnik. Stanza con balcone, moderna, confortevole e pulita, che veniva riordinata ogni giorno. Bagno privato di medie dimensioni. Colazione molto ricca presso lo stesso hotel. Molto comodo il parcheggio gratuito disponibile nel sotterraneo dell'hotel. La Old Town si raggiunge comodamente tramite mezzi pubblici che passano vicino all'hotel. Il Dubrovnik Pass giornaliero (che consiglio), costa quanto il solo biglietto di ingresso alle mura fortificate, ed include oltre che la visita delle stesse mura, anche diversi altri musei e luoghi di interesse, nonché l'uso illimitato dei mezzi pubblici per tutto il giorno. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il Wi-fi. Assolutamente consigliato.

Igényes környezetben igényes hotel. A szobánk is szép volt, a környék is csodás. A tisztaság általános mindenhol, tiszta és illatos minden, a reggeli nagyon választékos és finom, a személyes nagyon kedves és figyelmes és segítőkész. A medencénél is csodálatos a pihenés. Reptéri transzfert is tudnak biztosítani, ami szintén teljesen megfelelő volt. /A high-quality hotel in elegant surroundings. Our room was beautiful, and the surrounding area was stunning. Everything was exceptionally clean and fresh-smelling throughout the hotel. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Relaxing by the pool was also a wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel also offers airport transfers, which we used and found to be reliable, convenient, and perfectly satisfactory.

Az egyetlen negatívum amit éreztünk az nem a szállással kapcsolatos, de jó tudni, hogy mivel messzebb van az óvárostól és a kiránduló helyektől, így taxival könnyebb közlekedni, ami sajnos legtöbbször nagyon nehezen érhető el, annak ellenére, hogy a Bolt és az Über is használható és sajnos a turistákat olykor ki is használják a taxisok, mi sajnos ebbe belefutottunk. / The only downside we experienced was not related to the hotel itself, but it is worth mentioning. Since the hotel is located a bit farther from the Old Town and the main sightseeing attractions, getting around by taxi is often the most convenient option. Unfortunately, taxis can be difficult to find, even though both Bolt and Uber are available. We also found that some taxi drivers take advantage of tourists, and unfortunately, we experienced this ourselves.

Excellent stay and short-distance to Old Town.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was ideal if you want to stay just outside the Old Town but close enough to visit easily, yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that provides direct service to the Old Town, or you can take an Uber for around €10. The pool was a great place to relax during the hot summer days. The staff were wonderful. Extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was also impeccably clean, just as we had anticipated. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Pros:

Chambres agréables, vue indirecte sur le port. Très agréable espace piscine et très bon petit déjeuner. Etablissement hyper propre. Le parking est également un plus appréciable.
