Great with some minor issues
Pros:

Very lovely and helpful stuff staff, starting with the cleaning team and ending with reception. When I arrived I was quickly checked in with no issues. I was even upgraded for free because there were a lot of rooms available in the hotel, which honestly made my stay so much better. The AC system worked well, which was a relief, and my room was overall very modern.

Cons:

The walls are unfortunately very thin, which is why I could hear my upper floor neighbors (who were extremely loud) all the time. The staff tried to solve the issue by speaking to them but there’s only so much you can do.
There were also stains on the carpet all around my room. The room was very clean and cleaning worked very hard every day to keep it that way, but the stains were old and have not been removed which gave it a very unclean impression.

Easily 9/10 experience.
Pros:

I have been very satisfied with my experience at Noble. All the staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was super clean and cozy. The bathroom was very well built and the shower space was huge. The location is very central and a bit noisy. Being said, I never had noise-related issues originating from the street. The closeness to shops, restaurants and public transport was amazing.

Cons:

There was a gap below the room door and I could hear voices and sounds when some people pass by the door. Moreover, you easily hear voices from other rooms in late night. Also, the light from the corridor leakes into the room in the night. It could be sealed. I think that's the only thing that I can think needing improvement.

Pros:

сніданок невеликий, але смачний і ситний. номера чисті, тихенькі, прибирають вчасно, людей небагато - затишно, я б сказав.

загалом - С У П Е Р!

Good location surrounded by cute cafes and local restaurants and close to the bus stop/metro, rooms were clean and staff was always available and hospitable

Cons:

it’s better to book a taxi when leaving the hotel as it’s at a steep hill so it would be challenging to move with luggage

Exceeds expectations
Pros:

Location: close to bus at Pangalti and the Osmanbey metro station, on a side street so pretty quiet
Staff: Guy at the frontdesk was extremely nice and offered me much advice on travel
Room: all facilities you need. Very comfy armchair.

Cons:

The shower knob wasnt working well. Everything else is fine
